Dear Paul,We apologize that the ice machine close to your room was down for maintenance during your stay. Ice was available at the lounge area during that time and we apologize if that wasn't communicated to you. The guest who brought kids in was unaware that we are an adults only hotel but the kids left after 15 minutes of being notified. We are sorry if that dampened your stay. Coffee is available in the lobby from 6am-11am. We will work on having a new coffee pot out when we're running low. Thank you for all your feedback and for allowing us to serve you. We hope you will give us another try next time you visit the area.
