MGM 37th floor Jacuzzi Penthouse Strip View with XL Balcony Signature Towers

Stay in a Jacuzzi Penthouse reserved by writers and fighters. Its enormous Strip-view balcony gives the 37th-floor suite at The MGM Signature panoramic views of Vegas' nightlife.

Suite #37609 is in Tower 1 of the MGM Signature at MGM Grand, closest tower to MGM's 6.5 acre pool complex, Lazy River, bars, clubs, shows and casino. It's a secondary residence for me. As such, it's routinely checked and well maintained. It meets my high standards and it will meet yours -- or I will make sure it does.

+ Easy check-in process similar to hotel resorts. With ID and credit card, you receive your key cards at front desk of Tower 1 or 2. Proceed to Tower 1's 37th-floor.

+ At check-in, MGM will put a hold on your credit card for an amount between $100 to $300 (depending on length of stay). This is for incidental purchases (e.g., room service, pay-per-view TV movies, spa, etc). Any unused credit is promptly returned to your credit card after you check out.

+ The MGM Signature is a smoke-free property with the exception of smoking sections near each lobby and the MGM Grand casino. Smoking or vaping in any suite will result in a $300 charge to the credit card on file.

+ The suite is thoroughly cleaned before each reservation, but there is no daily housekeeping provided. If you want housekeeping to clean the suite during your stay, there is an additional charge.

+ FREE use of MGM washers and dryers for reservations of seven days or longer. Laundry room is located near the Tower 2 lobby, accessible by key card.

+ Check-in begins at 3 p.m. Pacific Time. Checkout is 11 a.m. Pacific Time. Early check-ins or late check-outs are based on availability and require a one-time charge of $55 paid directly to housekeeping. Housekeeping reviews the request and approves or denies.

+ MGM Grand Garden Arena is a five- to eight-minute walk using the air-conditioned indoor moving walkways.

+ Top Golf Las Vegas is a five-minute downhill walk on the well-lit outdoor path accessed by your key card.

+ Wet Republic is a three-minute walk, adjacent to the MGM Grand Pool Complex.

+ T-Mobile Arena abuts New York-New York, which connects to the MGM Grand via pedestrian bridge. It's a 10- to 15-minute walk from the MGM pedestrian bridge.

+ Allegiant Stadium is less than 2 miles from MGM Signature, e.g., a 10-minute Uber/Lyft (est. $11) when using the taxi lot at the roundabout outside Tower 1.
