➀ No pets or smoking allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony. A $500 penalty will apply for any violations.

Note:- No daily cleaning service included. Linen refresh (new sheets and towels) available for $45 per request. Full cleaning during the stay can be arranged for $90. Please request at check-in.

➀ This property is owned and run by a Nevada based company which is fully-insured and licensed and therefore all bookings are subject to 13.38% tax which includes 'Clark County Convention & Visitors Authority Tax at a rate of 5.50%, and Clark County Transient Lodging Tax at 7.88%. As of all bookings recieved from August 1st 2019, this amount is included in the room and cleaning fees as Airbnb's platform does not integrate separate taxation.

➀ Beware of listing from unlicensed renters that don't charge taxation as they are not legal and may not provide insurance in the event of accident.

➀ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65-75F. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

➀ Please be informed that there are cameras around the building. There are actively recording, CCTV's are installed for the safety of our guests and the hotel.

1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony, patio, and pool area. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note check-out time is by 11am. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

8. This home is reserved exclusively for registered guests only. For everyone's safety and to comply with insurance and community regulations, no unregistered or outside guests are allowed at any time during your stay.
