This amazing condo is very clean and very spacious. Conveniently located just 1.1 miles from the strip (Approximately 2-6 minutes drive/ 15-22 minutes walk/ 8 minutes on the bus) which is a great distance to keep you near everything and enough far away from all the noise and traffic. Within 4-8 minutes walk from Palms, Rio and Gold Coast hotels and casinos which offers shuttles, a great variety of restaurants, shops and shows.

Secondary pool and hot tub are currently closed but the main pool is open.

The space
The unit is very clean and fully equipped. Everything is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every stay.

Unit is located in the second floor with a balcony and has access to 2 pools (Secondary pool currently under renovation but main pool remains open) and a hot tub (hot tub is currently closed due to Covid-19 precautions) which are just steps away from the condo.

This condo is a guard gated community, that offers free parking just a few steps from the condo and 24 hours security which will make you feel safe at all times.

-50" 4K Ultra HD TV with Roku, TV cable with HBO, Showtime and Hulu.
-Keurig Machine w/ complementary coffee and tea.
-Blender for smoothies and milkshakes.
-Gated entry with 24hr security guards patrolling around the community.
-24/7 gym.
-Free unlimited parking right in front the building, just a few steps away.
-Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of pots, a blender and kids dishes, cups and utensils.
-Laundry/dryer in unit (Laundry soap included).
-High speed Internet/ Wi-Fi
-2 Pools / 1 Hot tub (Secondary pool and hot tub are currently closed )
-Right across from a plaza with Walgreens, Chick-Fil-A, Denny's and much more.

The Pool and Spa is seasonal and access is decided by the HOA. Access hours are from 9 am to 10 pm. Please keep noise low. No Glass Containers allowed
Makeup removal wipes are provided and stored inside the medicine cabinets. Every linen stained -Regardless if is makeup- will be charged $15 per linen
-The fee for misplacing the fob key is $150. -Please turn off lights, TV and Air Conditioning when you are not in the condo

This was a great location for us! An easy walk to the Rio and Golden Nugget Casino. There is a Walgreens across the street as well. Our host was communicative and helpful. The condo was clean and comfortable. The coffee was stocked, which was a plus!

We arrived at this place very late at night after checking in at 3 PM. Everything went smoothly, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the location has a gate with security guards, which made us feel safe. The security guards were friendly and understanding about our accommodation. Overall, it was very easy to access, and we had no trouble getting through the gate. We just needed to show proof of our reservation, but at first, we were a little unsure about it. However, we figured everything out. Just be sure to follow the instructions they send you and take care before jumping in. We will definitely return to this place if we plan a trip to Vegas.MR.

Fun, Safe Stay!

We had a great time staying in this property, only complaint was that we didn't stay longer! There was great communication with the host before our stay which made the check in/out process a breeze. The property was gated in with security which made me much more comfortable about parking my vehicle outside. We used uber to get to the strip and ride only took a couple minutes and was never more than 20. There was even filled ice trays in the freezer when we arrived! This property is a great home base for your vegas adventures.

Nice off-strip condo

Met some friends in Vegas for a few concerts at Sphere and it was a perfect fit for us. Bit of a lengthy walk to the strip in the heat, but easy to bus, ride share or drive and park. Condo was perfect for two couples. The space is clean and comfortable, and the host is very accommodating and responsive.

We loved the spaciousness of the condo, and the kitchen had all the gadgets we needed; scissors, Keurig, extra garbage bags, all the little details were thoughtful. The security staff on the property were friendly and helpful. Owner Paul was very responsive to our questions, and flexible as needed.

Close enough to be there.

The property worked for what we were looking for. The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths is what we needed and worked out great. Close enough to walk to the strip. Work out center was nice. Over all great trip. We would stay here again.

not recommended for light sleepers

Overall, we had a pretty good stay at this property. The location is very good, close to the strip and other shopping and restaurants we wanted to visit. It is very close to the highway, which is convenient. The community is quiet. However, since this property is on the second floor of a three-story apartment building, it is inevitable that we can hear the noises from upstairs and the adjacent unit. Some of them were very loud, like neighbor taking shower behind the wall of the headboard. We were waken up in the middle of the night and in the morning once each by that during our three-night stay. A/C was loud too. The temperature was in the 50's at night when we were there. We had to turn it on before we headed out for dinner and turn it off when we came back.. Owner, Paul, was very quick on responding and gave detailed and helpful information.

This Property is really clean and 5 minutes from the Strip! Comfy, Roomy, and Property Owner Nice

Paul made our stay very welcoming; the apartment was everything we needed and more! There was definitely enough space for 6 people because we found an air mattress also which worked fine. We were able to cook, sleep comfortably, and communicate with the owner immediately. We only had one issue...There were NO washcloths, only towels so we had to purchase washcloths, however, Paul stated he would reimburse me and I sent him a copy of the receipt for proof of purchase. Paul was even willing to let us do a late check out if need be. I will definitely be staying here again because it's convenient to everything...The Strip, stores, restaurants, etc.
