Our beautiful home has been fully remodeled, and we made sure every space is utilized for entertaining and enjoyment during your stay. Whether you are cooking in our chef’s kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, enjoying a meal in our spacious dining room, or watching the big game in our den, you’ll have plenty of options for seamless indoor and outdoor fun.

Located just 15 minutes from the World Famous Las Vegas Strip, you’ll get to enjoy the best of both worlds- a quiet neighborhood setting and privacy, while only a quick drive to the hustle and bustle of the city itself.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
-IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
-For your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.

- Pets are welcome for a $150 fee plus $50 for each additional. Please note:
1. We must be advised in advance if you are bringing pets and the fees must be paid prior to check-in. Exceptions apply for service animals, but proof that your pet is a service animal must be provided.
2. You must clean up after your pets including bagging any waste in the yard or common areas. Cleaning up pet waste or excessive hair could result in additional cleaning fees.
3. Pets must not be left unattended at the property.
4. Pets must be leashed in areas accessible to other people.
5. Any aggressive behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors could result in fines or eviction.
