Debra, We apologize for the issue with the tub. We will have the engineering staff check that it is sound and not leaking. Sometimes our staff is away from the desk helping other guests or taking care of the many duties assigned to them. We hope you enjoyed Super Bowl week in Las Vegas! What an exciting time to visit the city. I am sorry you feel our rates were too high. They are on par with similar hotels in the area. We hope you will visit us again.

Vanessa, We are sorry you and your pup were uncomfortable with the carpet in the room. We use a commercial deodorizer in rooms and have not had an issue.
