Hotel très agréable et très propre. Tous les équipements mentionnés y étaient. Petit-déjeuner continental copieux. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

Très décevant
Nous avions déjà séjourné à plusieurs reprises dans cet hôtel et avons été vraiment déçus cette fois. Les chambres sont toujours confortables, mais le petit déjeuner a été revu à la baisse, et surtout, la piscine était vraiment très sale (impossible de s'y baigner) : eau sale, taches au fond de la piscine, sièges et transats cassés ( de nouveaux ont été installés après notre réclamation, vieilles chaussettes autour de la piscine. A la suite de nos remarques, le manager a fait un geste commercial sous forme d'un avoir chez hotel.com, mais si nous retournons à Las Vegas, nous changerons d'établissement..

The room had an odor that you immediately noticed upon entry, but it wasn't bad after a few minutes. The halls were dirty but in their defense, it was very busy there and people were constantly making a new mess, so that didn't seem like a big deal. Staff were VERY friendly and tried hard to stay on top of all of the activity.

very close to car rental turn in and proximity to airport. unfourtunalty they have no control over noise coming from planes landing.

First room variety was wet, 2nd room tv wouldn't work, police outside at the homeless camp, very unsafe, we left, will request a refund

We apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. Yes, can can certainly reach out to the property to share these issues with management. Management would have been happy to resolve these concerns during your stay. Not sure what you mean by "homeless camp." We don't see any homeless persons around our property. It's a pretty good area near the airport. Feel free to reach out.

Solid place to stay if you just need a place to stay if you just need a room after flying in. Probably not worth the $200 I paid to stay there on a Saturday except maybe for the free airport shuttle service and complementary breakfast which was pretty good. They rooms were pretty basic but clean, clearly not renovated recently, no extra sheets and rough towels.

I was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was despite being so close to the airport. Hotel was very clean and didn’t smell like cigarettes like popular casino hotels in Vegas. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the only thing that I was disappointed with was the breakfast I wish they had better options. They served the same thing both days I was there, Food was good but I’ve had better. Overall it is a good hotel away from the Vegas strip but not to far. We had a great experience and we will definitely stay here again.

The staff was incredibly friendly! Our flight was delayed over 3 hours and we ended up arriving close to midnight and we needed the shuttle service and they didn’t even hesitate to send someone over to get us! It was so appreciated and the lady was absolutely amazing. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The view of the city from a distance was gorgeous!!

I just spent some hours. I was in transit and just wanted a place to take a shower and rest. The shuttle service was very convenient for me. Staff was very friendly

The first room was not livable. The next morning we were transferred to a better room. Michelle was very friendly and helpful, she assisted with transportation to nearby places. She made our trip more comfortable and even gave me a snack for my B-Day.

It was really a bad experience for us. The AC was not working and the whole night we couldnt sleep because it was hot and the walls are thin and we can clearly hear the next door talking and it was so loud as well. The breakfast was so mediocre. When asked about the not working we were given a rude response saying they cant do anything since they dont have the skill to troubleshoot and only can move us to a one king and sofa bed room which was not an option for us. So we endded up staying in the same noisy room.

We had a room with two queens. One queen reeked of urine. Possibly not changing the mattress pad. We were relocated to a nice room.

My personal experience has always been pleasant. I always reserve my rooms online for a faster checkin checkout’s are just as fast. This was my 3rd stay it’s no way I would return if the service and treatment wasn’t excellent. I’ll be back in may.

It was good as a last 1 night pitstop before returning home. Room was clean but the tub/toilet room needed either elbow grease for marks or a replacement. They provided breakfast and a 15 minute free shuttle to the airport that ran every 30 minutes so this was the main reason we booked it.
