đ NO disturbing noises of any kind, including use of microphones or speakers for singing, especially after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM.
đ« NO DISTURBING THE NEIGHBORS! NO EXCEPTIONS! If any neighbor or authority contacts us during your stay to report a violation, you will be reported to the channel you booked through and required to leave immediately without refund.

đŸ Pets are not allowed. Bringing an unauthorized pet will incur a fine of up to $1,000 plus damages.
