Merveilleux
La réceptionniste LISA est absolument adorable, accueil chaleureux, hotelva taille humaine c'est agréable, pas de frigo dans la chambre et attention au bruit de fremont street mais dinon rien à dire, nous avons vraiment apprécié

La femme a l’accueil nous a proposé une chambre fumeur que nous avons accepté … résultat une chambre degeulasse ! Les fenêtres en simples vitrages donnant sur la street avec la musique à fond jusqu’à 4:00 du matin un enfer !

Arrived really late, due to flight delays. Asked for a non smoking room, ended up in the crappiest smoking room I have ever seen. This room had not been refreshed in over 20 years. With carpets all over the place. Just think of the smell. My eyes were itchy just from the remnant of smoke. Cigarettes stains and burns everywhere. We asked for another room, none available. As it was already 2 AM, we decided to go Vegas style and not to sleep at all. We had a rental car... we asked to be refunded, they never accepted. They even called security on us. It went from bad to terrible. Do not go there, no matter what. Even rat holes are better. We left and eventually saw the sunrise at the Red Stripe Canyon, which was the only positive point of that experience.

Need to clean the bathrooms better and wash the bedding . Plus the ad stated a queen size bed and we got a full size. Room was so small for paying what i pay in rent. Would not go back.

They gave us a room facing the performance stage and sleep was impossible till about 2am or even 5am. I wish we had been warned because we would have picked another hotel. The one perk was acces to two pool amenities. So access to the D hotel pool was great. Also hotel should add better area to hold your items in the shower. Only option was to place them on the shower floor. Somewhere to get hot water for tea would have been great. I had to go to Starbucks with insane lines or the D hotel to get this.

The property was great. The only thing I won't do again is have a room on Fremont street. The music is way to loud until 2 am.

Check in was a breeze, front desk very personable. After our first night, we woke up with the AC wasn’t working. A repairman was there in 5 minutes. We left the room and when we returned, the AC worked great. Also, held our bags for several hours after checking out and before our flight.

First room was beside Freemont and very noisy ,small and old. Was able to relocate to second floor where it was newer. Music from casino below was loud and finally turned off around 3 am . Place smelled old. We checked out 3 days early

showers are GREAT, but room lighting was confusing, the curtains would not stay shut, I had use the HANGER TRICK to keep them closed. The bedding is super comfortable, but the area is also good for FREEMONT St. walking.

It was close to good food but it was too loud speaker right out side room window could not sleep vibrations from speakers rock, the bed and floors will not stay there again because of it went on until four in the morning

Quaint hotel. Good stay if you are up late, 2a.m. late. Our room was on Fremont Street and overlooked one of the concert stages. There was a concert. Music was good, just loud. Bathroom was very small. Clean though. Bed was comfy. Only negative was theYV did not have a signal so you could not watch or use it .

It smelled like pee everywhere. The rooms were disgusting and creepy. No AC. We "upgraded" for a less disgusting room. The same exact size but without a less prison vibe shower.

We knew going in that the hotel was a little noisy and that was proven to be true. Where our room was located, it was easy to drown out. I didn't so much have an issue with the music from Fremont street but the music from the casino below us was loud. The staff at this hotel was great and very helpful! Our room was very small and our bed wasn't great. If you are a hot sleeper and enjoy a fan or a cool room, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. They have the a/c option but they said in the "cooler" months it only blows hot air. We were sweating at night and slept on top of the covers. We booked this room because you can't beat the price but I am not sure I would stay here again. The up side to this hotel is the free parking and great staff.

We loved our stay. It was in the thick of things. If you want quiet, then dont stay here! We welcomed the loud music that starts at about noon and ends about 3am. We come for the Vegas effect. Not for the sleep. Room was clean, floor tables cheap and parking was free. Loved it!

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. It was deeply penetrated into the room and the smell never went away. It was definitely clean, but for the price I expected at least a non smoking room. Service and amenities were fine.
