Beautifully completely remodeled Huge one-story home. Quiet and beautiful environment. Just 5 minutes away from the strip and downtown! Only 8 mins to Las Vegas convention center. Close to Costco business center with a gas station. This house is located in the middle of the city in the extremely quiet area on a huge 1 acre lot.

The kitchen was great, everything we needed. The bedroom spaces were great. The hot tub took a long time to heat up, like 4 hours, so that made the cost was very high, making it not really worth it to use it. We only ended up using one day, but would have like to have used it more.

We only used the micro wave in the kitchen. We did not use the pool at all. I wish there was a TV in every room so people can watch tv while they are in bed. Over all, it was a nice place.

The setup of the entire house was perfect and relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet. Even though we did not use the pool or hot tub the back yard was amazing.

The pool was cold, there is an extra charge for the hot tub of 50.00 a day and it’s only hot from 2pm-11pm. He gave us a free day of hot tub but it never got hot then he told me that I needed to turn the heat up. He needs to post that the hot tub is an extra charge because it says no hidden fee but I say that was a hidden fee. Other than the hot tub issue the beds were uncomfortable. The house was hot the day we arrived it took forever to cool it off. We wanted to BBQ but there wasn’t much propane so we didn’t get to have that. The house was in a decent area it was clean.

The property was fairly close to everything and just a few minutes to drive to attractions and shows. The beds, and we tried the 2 that seemed like the most comfortable and neither was very comfortable. Although we were able to sleep we have stayed at other properties in other places that were much more comfortable and provided a better nights rest. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay.

Misleading Listing – Uncomfortable Stay and Fraudulent Charges

Our stay at this Vacation home was disappointing and frustrating. The master bed was both extremely uncomfortable and impractical—so hard it felt like sleeping on the floor, too tall to get onto easily, and squeaked loudly with every small movement, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep.Two of the bedrooms had no AC, which made them unbearably hot in the Las Vegas heat. We spent most of our time indoors, but even that was difficult with limited amenities. The TV in the master was unusable—no streaming capability and no cable. The kitchen lacked basic essentials, including no baking sheet for the wall oven, no baking pans, and a very limited selection of pots, pans, and dishes making it hard to prepare family meals.The biggest issue, however, came after our stay. We were hit with fraudulent extra charges, accused of losing an AC remote (which I personally confirmed was there when we left) and damaging a sunshade that no one in our group even touched. We took excellent care of the home, these accusations were completely unfounded and dishonest.I Would not recommend this home for your vacation due to misleading listing and dishonest extra fees.

House was perfect for our long Fourth of July weekend in Vegas. Super spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The pool and backyard patio was really nice to hang out in the morning before hitting the strip, which was only 10 minutes away. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Great experience in vegas.

This property is perfect for large families. It is located in a quiet area and is very accessible to all Las Vegas attractions. Just 5 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from the main Strip.The house was comfortable, though the furniture was a bit outdated. Overall, it was a pleasant and cozy stay.The owner is very nice and responds to messages very quickly. We had an issue during our stay, and he came and fixed everything immediately.Great property for the value!

The house was just as pictured. A large one story home in a quiet part of Vegas, less than 10min from Fremont. There was 4 bedrooms and 2 couches, we had to sleep 8 separate adults so it worked out really well. There was not extra blankets so we bought some and left them in case someone needed to have couch sleepers too. The pool was great in the Vegas heat, though you might have to let the property manager know before if you want the hot tub as the instructions were intimidating, we didn’t even try. A surprise basketball hoop in back. My favorite part were the sliding metal gates out front that made the house feel very secure. Easy place to get picked up for Ubers/Lyft and get into and back to from the strip or Fremont. Worked out well and host Ray was very accommodating for my group. Would book again if I had a big group in Vegas.

Nice / not so nice

The house was roomy enough for us 6 adults and it was very clean. The house is located in a sketchy neighborhood that we would not stay in again. The pool was nice but small and the hot tub did not work. The day of check in we were advised that we could not flush toilet paper down any of the toilets - a very unsanitary practice. We suspected the owners of visiting the home when we were not there - thermostat changed, porch light turned on when we didn’t leave it on and lastly, the security gate was open when we returned home, after dark, our final night. I contacted the host about the security gate being open and was told it was the wind. This explanation is laughable as the gate takes force to open & close.

Hot Tub

The property is perfect-very spacious and clean. Lots of things for the kids to do. The kids had a good time. Only thing con I can say about the property, is that we had to pay extra for the hot tub which is already advertised on the site. So it was expectedto be on when we got there. We just paid it because we wanted to have the amenity.
