Guests have access to the entire space and completely to themselves. Additionally, they have access to the spa, hot tubs, pools, restaurants, free valet, and all amenities on-site at Palms Place

The Guest acknowledges and recognizes to abide by the following guidelines:

1) No ticketed or paid events
2) No weddings/receptions
3) No commercial use
4) No illegal activity
5) A max of 54 persons can be in the unit at ONCE per fire code.
6) Guest must submit guest list to property manager. Should the Guest not abide by the above items, Palms has the right to evict guest. The unit shall be only used for residential purposes.
