"Bonjour L’hôtel est très propre , le personnel sympa et avenant et le spa très bien Le seul bémol est la literie avec des matelas et des sommiers non digne d’une suite (creux au milieu des matelas et sommier qui craque) Le restaurant la bodeguita était très bien"

"The building itself is a bit old, but renovated. Room was spacious, but equipment (ventilation, shower, chairs) a bit old. They did not care about eco-responsibilty for towels, etc. One odd thing to me: there was a coffee machine and cups in the room, which I have used. After the second day, I realized that they were not cleaning nor replacing the dirty coffee cups. I had to call them for them to do it, they suggested that I wash them myself, I insisted for them to do it, and the clener washed them by hand inthe bathroom. Marriott is a major hospitality business, I can't believe that they don't have a washig machine nor spare clean coffee cups. You would expect a better service for such a place (and at this price)."

"Hotel très bien situé dans Las Palmas par rapport à la gare routière et au centre ville. Inutile de s'encombrer d'une voiture dans cette ville. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux au 6ème étage avec vue sur l'océan. "

"Très bien situé, proche de la mer, des bus et du centre ville. Petit bémol : un peu bruyant au niveau de l'ascenseur, des fermetures de portes et des murs. Personnel très aimable et agréable, que se soit à l'accueil où les femmes de ménage. "
