« Lovely property, really well placed within Las Palmas for restaurants, the beach and several attractions. The sunny private outside space was a real bonus in a city area and much more spacious than the usual balcony.The apartment block was secure and quiet and well looked after, obviously full of permanent residents rather than holiday rentals. »

« Overall this place was ok. We had issues with the bathroom towels, which were old, thin, and raggedy and the shower curtain, which was way too long causing my little grandson to trip and fall. There was also a strong scent of sewage in the apartment and the street area around it. I had to buy air freshener to stand it. Finally the overall cleanliness of the apartment was not great. Totalmente recomendable para dos o tres personas y el espacio fue mas que suficiente!!! « Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, wir haben den Hof sehr genossen. Alles was man braucht war da, aber alles irgendwie ungenügend. Winzige Töpfe, wenig Besteck, nur ein riesiges „Schafes“Messer, zu wenige Stühle, sehr günstige synthetische Bettwäsche. Die Wohnung ist auch recht hellhörig, allerdings nicht im Schlafzimmer.Wir hatten eine gute Zeit, aber das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war ungenügend. »

« Unterkunft ist sauber und die Lage ist wirklich gut. Es gibt keinen Parkplatz für das Auto und samstags freitags und sonntags kann man dabei schon fast verzweifeln.Die Kommunikation alles in allem ist nicht die beste, da muss wirklich nachgearbeitet werden auch ist die Adresse falsch. Das Haus steht nicht weit entfernt, aber es sind einige Meter Unterschied und man fährt mit Google an die Haltestelle. »

Er war stark verschimmelt und roch widerlich. Der Geschirrspüler konnte wärend unserm Aufenthalt nie benutzt werden. Den Mangel haben wir der Agentur bei unserer Ankunft sofort gemeldet.
