My only complaint is that I couldn’t get the air conditioner to stay on at night. Other than that, very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The property looks nothing like the online photos. It’s run down and filthy. There was “caution” tape on the elevator floor, there was a washer and dryer, but the dryer was out of order, there was an elliptical and a treadmill in the “gym”, but the treadmill was out of order, my bathroom smelled sour and moldy, the towels all had hair on them, the bathtub dripped for three days, none of the ice machines worked and all had old calcium buildup on the outside, the lobby and first floor hall smelled like cigarette smoke, the “pantry” was sold out of bottles of water, never saw anyone cleaning, the indoor swimming pool is just off the lobby area so the floor was always wet and never mopped up, the door to my room looked like it had been kicked in at some point because the door frame/jam was terribly bent. There was a complimentary clear glass container of water for guests to drink upon check in and it remained at the same level for three days which tells me it contained stagnant water that is more than likely never replaced. It is a dirty, filthy, disgusting property with clearly no management. Extremely overpriced given the condition of the property, not a great location, and never had staff available at the front desk and if they were available, there was always someone “in training”.

Our door wouldn't lock and it was like that the whole time we were there even though we reported it. We also didn't receive housekeeping. Cups were always out in the places they offered drinks. They seem a little understaffed. That said, it was decent in all the other ways. Kids enjoyed the pool. The room smelled nice when we checked in. Beds/pillows were comfortable.

We stayed here two weeks ago & loved the hotel…this visit was very different. Room had tattered carpet, the door lock had been broken & didn’t work well, the pool was closed for maintenance. Front desk hostess is very nice but we don’t plan to return.

Amazing hotel with tamales for breakfast!
The room, lobby, breakfast nook, and hallways were immaculate. The bed was soft and comfortable. There was a great sound barrier between rooms and floors since we barely heard our neighbors. The shower worked great! The staff was extremely pleasant, especially the night clerk, Marcus. But the creme de la creme was breakfast!!! Blueberry or regular waffles, freshly scrambled eggs, browned sausage (not microwaved!), seasoned potatoes and.....get this... TAMALES they order fresh daily!!! They also have cookies by the all-day coffee pot with dough they make from scratch! Our stay was sadly short, but we enjoyed every minute of it and left the property feeling rested, refreshed, and happily full.

Sad stay!!
We went to LC for our granddaughter's basketball tournament. Unfortunately, my husband got ill as we arrived to town (stomach virus). He stayed in room and I went to the game. We had to check out a day early because of my husband not doing well. I inquired if we could get 1-day refunded since we were leaving early. I was told I'd get a phone call from Luisa, the manager. Five days later and I still haven't heard from her. Of course, they were quick to charge our account. Also, when we checked in, I went to the front desk for hangers as the room only had 1 hanger. I waited and waited for someone to come to the desk. I waited a good 15 minutes and still no one appeared!

Safety issues
The breakfast was rather poor in our taste. Due to no protein such as sausage or bacon, and the elevator was very unsafe, with all the tile broken and missing. Other than that, the beds were comfy and it was a great day.
