Dear Camile,Thank you for your comments after your recent stay. We would like to clarify that we did not have any problems with our swimming pool. This most unusual and unfortunate incident was due to a broken water pipe, which was situated below the pool, just outside the lift on the 3rd floor. The pipe burst without any warning and the hotel 3rd floor was fully operational again within 2 hours. We believe that our chief engineer and all other staff dealt with the problem very well and we assure you that our consultants inspected the area and are fully satisfied with all the action we took.We regret the inconvenience and concern the incident caused to all our clients but if you had asked for an explanation before you left, you would have known that it was not as bad as you believe.We hope to have the opportunity to offer our hospitality again and rectify this wrong impression you have.We hope to have another opportunity to offer our hospitality again.

We are of course disappointed that we did not meet your expectations but we did not give the refund you requested because your reservation was non refundable and because we gave you a suitable alternative without any extra cost.
With regards to general state of the hotel we are aware that it requires renovating and we are very pleased to inform you that we have already started with the outside of the building.

Our eco policy for towels is to change them when requested by the guest by leaving them on the bath room floor. It is most likely that our staff did not realise the need for change and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Dear Kenneth, Thank you for taking the time to post your comments after your short stay in our hotel.We were concerned to read that you would not return but we hope that you will give us another opportunity to offer our hospitality to your full satisfaction.With regards to your additional comments we are pleased to inform you that we are in the process of finalising our plans to renovate next year. Our facilities will include hair driers, microwaves and new safes, wi fi etc. but with different higher prices, which will offer value for money.The size of our lifts cannot be enlarged but we never had a complaint that an escort could not accompany the handicapped person in the lift.Our policy for deposits for hair driers and safes is advertised and should not have been a surprise. When all hair driers were in use we purchased more to accommodate the extra demand.
