This most unusual and unfortunate incident was due to a broken water pipe, which was situated below the pool, just outside the lift on the 3rd floor. The pipe burst without any warning and the hotel 3rd floor was fully operational again within 2 hours. We believe that our chief engineer and all other staff dealt with the problem very well and we assure you that our consultants inspected the area and are fully satisfied with all the action we took.We regret the inconvenience and concern the incident caused to all our clients but if you had asked for an explanation before you left, you would have known that it was not as bad as you believe.We hope to have the opportunity to offer our hospitality again and rectify this wrong impression you have.We hope to have another opportunity to offer our hospitality again.

Our facilities will include hair driers, microwaves and new safes, wi fi etc. but with different higher prices, which will offer value for money.The size of our lifts cannot be enlarged but we never had a complaint that an escort could not accompany the handicapped person in the lift.Our policy for deposits for hair driers and safes is advertised and should not have been a surprise. When all hair driers were in use we purchased more to accommodate the extra demand.
