L'établissement n'est pas un 5 étoiles et c'est très cher et assez petit comme plage. Aucun déjeuner gratuit (ma femme et moi, on payait 80 CAD$ chaque matin. Il y a très peu de restauration autour de l'hôtel. Tout est cher sur place. On n'a pas utilisé le mini-bar, car très cher aussi. Le restautant Ibiza plus cher encore que le Sails et le menu n'est pas varié. Ce que nous avons aimé : la propreté de l'endroit, le personnel très aimable et aidant : nosu avons eu un problème avec la douche et ils ont arrangé ceci en moins d'une journée. Le gymnase sur place est excellent et très fourni. Nous avons pris un tour guidé de la ville de Cebu, à partir de l'hôtel : très cher et peu d'information (8800 pesos). Il y avait une navette gratuite pour se rendre à un centre commercial et nous en avons profité à deux occasions. Dans l'ensemble, si ce n'était des coûts élevés et de l'endroit assez éloigné du centre-ville, on retournerait pour l'amabilité du personnel et la propreté de l'endroit.

I do wish to share that our rates are maintained within the same range as with other international chain hotels in the area. Do trust that I will also share your comment with our partner channel, as they should publish all photos and information of the hotel, as well as the privileges included in packages and those that are subject to additional charge --- for clear reference and understanding upon booking. I also wish to share the tours and respective guides are not managed nor operated by the hotel. They are managed by a third party service provider, who is also the same as with other resorts. I will personally inform them of your experience and concerns about the tour, for their assessment and action. On another note, I appreciate the kind commendation you shared about the cleanliness in the hotel, the complimentary shuttle service, and, most important of all, our friendly and accommodating team. I wish you wonderful days ahead.

All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The spa was excellent. Sadly the property is very old - needs to be renovated. My airconditioning wasn’t working properly- does not get to max cold. Maintenance came 2x but still it wasn’t working. Given a mist/cooler but it was too noisy. Bathroom does not have a bidet or the water source beside the toilet. Really needs to be upgraded.

What makes the Mövenpick extraordinary is the staff, I travel a lot and stay at many very nice establishments, in this case it was not as much as the place being the star as the staff. Raymond, Noel, Janice, Rochelle, Gabriel & Giovanni were the kindest most polite attentive members of staff i have ever encountered during my travels. The smiles and conversation were above and beyond. there are also some others at the front desk and spa that i can't remember the names of that did a stellar job. If i had one off note i would have loved to see Ibeza in all its glory sana all it returns. walking distance to so many places and the breakfast and food was amazing!

I’m going to start out with saying that this hotel is probably amongst the best if not THE best hotel experience I’ve had . ALL the staff are super helpful and friendly. We’re always there to accommodate your needs. Excellent breakfast. Awesome view right by the ocean. Tight security. Always got a taxi on call and can help you find where your trying to go. The entire resort staff was very friendly and attentive. This is a beautiful property. I especially enjoyed the spa and its staff. Niya, Aiza, Jan, Analyn, Evelyn and Rose who was amazing. Will stay again during next visit to Cebu.

Overall, a great hotel. Points of concern. There were occasional dog noises at night. Wrong itinerary for pick up and drop off at the airport, but they were slow to contact me. I wish they would have taken care of it as I had to pay double the amount due to no adjustment.

I was traveling with my 86 yr old father who occasionally needs a wheelchair. The hotel has a wheelchair that we were allowed to take with us on excursions in the event that he became too tired to walk. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

Staff was great and very responsive. Our first room was definitely not what we paid for. But they quickly moved us to a much better room with space and plumbing that worked.

Exceptional hotel with great facilities and beach
The staff in this hotel were exceptionally polite and respectful in all their interactions. We stayed 2 nights before catching an international flight home. The rooms were immaculate and had everything you would need including an iron, ironing board etc. The view was fabulous and this was the first 5 star hotel we stayed in the Philippines that had a bath tub. It feels a little more westernised for the facilities and food they serve here but they also have some excellent Filipino and Asian food. Our favourite part was the private beach where we swam and sun bathed. The food from the restaurants had extremely large portions but was top quality, the drinks were excellent although sadly there was a few ingredients out of stock like bananas for the smoothies. Couple of excellent interactions that are worth noting, we arrived 2 hours early for check in and the general manager expedited our check in to just a 20 minute wait during which he encouraged us to relax and enjoy a drink and dine in the restaurant. Upon check out our flight was later so we were given a slightly later check out free of charge and also allowed to use the hotel facilities once checked out until it was time for our airport taxi. Overall a very hassle free relaxing experience where the staff and management looked after their guests. Thank you so much ☺️

The property was beautiful and all the staff were extremely friendly. There was still quite a lot of construction to fix damage from the hurricane, but that's not their fault. It's hard to go out without calling a cab. Some things look nearby on a map, but the areas you'd need to walk through might not be ideal.

staff are excellent. had a poor sleep due to noise level. you can hear the howling winds so loud, like you are in the middle of a wind tunnel. you can hear dogs barking, people singing from a nearby karaoke place and chickens cackling.

오래된 리조트이긴 하지만 관리가 잘 되어 있습니다. 다만, 디럭스룸 킹사이즈 침대방은 생각보다 좁고 Sea view 베란다가 매우 작습니다. 시설이 오래되었고, 세면대 물이 잘 빠지지 않은 것도 오래된 리조트라는 점을 보여줍니다. private 해변 내 다른 음식 취식은 금지되어 있으며, 리조트 내 룸서비스 주문 음식 종류가 크게 다양하지 않은 점도 참고해주세요. 리조트내 전용 추가 해양 액티비티 이용이 좀 저렴했으면 좋겠네요.

The staff and the people/culture are the highlights. The food is overall good. Some of the facilities are in need of renewal, upgrade and maintenance. As the hotel is still being repaired and rebuilt after a typhoon in 2021, i believe it will be at its best again in 2024.

Certainly not a 5 star hotel - it is very dated and felt like a ghost town. Certainly not a "resort" feel if that's what you are looking for. Had no idea the main draw of the hotel (Ibiza) is under construction until we arrived. There's only one dining option at night. Breakfast buffet is not worth the $$ charged. Air conditioner didn't work properly and there was a very disgusting stench in our hallway (8th floor) during our stay. Despite the very nice people working there and the comfortable bed, we were disappointed with this hotel and would recommend staying elsewhere if you're here on vacay

Quiet peaceful hotel. I just had good relaxing time there. Not like: when i entered hotel room bed mattress seemed too much humid . So with iron I solved that problem . Anyway I wish your hotel flourishing more more

Same as the last 4 days - great! Sad to leave.
This review should just be a continuation of the review for a few nights already submitted. (We added a day). Nice hotel but wish that it had fully joined the Accor group as my Accor member ship would probably have been enhanced by this stay! While walking from the hotel along the highway I was tripped up by some re-bar that I didn't notice. Bad abrasion that required some treatment - happily provided by the hotel at no cost which was fantastic.
