Très belle Villa très bien située au calme et piscine chauffée bien orientée (soleil)Très beau jardin avec vue bien dégagée. Intérieur très bien agencé. Tout y est pour un agréable séjour Entretien villa , jardin et piscine pendant notre séjour (14 jours). L'accueil facilité par un document envoyé par l'hôte qui permet une installation très facile. Petit bémol , pas de document pour certains appareils ménagers . Signalé à l'hôte qui fera le nécessaire. Encore merci Andy votre villa est à Recommander Michel.

Magnifique villa
Très belle villa avec jolie piscine et beau jardin conformes aux photos. Un grand merci pour le panier d’accueil qui comporte tout ce qu’il faut pour un casse croûte rapide après une arrivée tardive et un petit déjeuner. Villa très bien équipée. Nous avons adoré.

Nous avons passe un bon séjour.La maison est très agréable mais vaut mieux louer une voiture car un peu loin du centre animée .il manque de la vaisselle quand on est quatre personnes sachant qu il y a un lave vaisselle.je recommande cette location.

Parfait
C'est vraiment une très belle location, bien aménagée, bien équipée. La piscine est de belle taille et le jardin très agréable. Peu de choses accessibles à pied mais on a accès au bord de mer facilement. Idéal pour courir. Parfait pour des vacances en famille.

Gorgeous and very nice villa
We really enjoyed our stay in this villa with our daughter of 10 years old. The swimming pool was heated very nice so that we swam the whole week. The location is nice and quiet, but with a car your can reach everything so easily. The contact with the owner is very good en helpful, thanks again Charles for everything. Hopefully till next year.

Gorgeous villa
We loved our stay at Andrews villa. The villa was immaculately clean on arrival and well equipped. The pool area is also ideal for days relaxing in the sun and is very private from other villas. The location is perfect for local restaurants and shops in playa blanca, a short 15-20 minutes walk. Andrew is a great host and replied quickly when i messaged him in the lead up to the holiday, we had no need to message during our stay as everything was a true likeness to description on booking and I can’t rate the villa cleanliness highly enough. I would definately recommend staying at Andrews villa.

Lovely villa in quiet location
A lovely villa just on the outskirts of Playa Blanca. The villa itself was spotless and had everything we needed. Andy arranged a travel cot and highchair for our little one. We particularly loved the outdoor space with it's huge garden and not forgetting the very inviting pool! I would highly recommend the villa for families and it's located in a quiet residential area, a short drive (probably 20 minute walk) to an array of local restaurants. We hired a car, so the villa was perfectly located to explore Playa Blanca and Puerto del Carmen. Andy was incredibly helpful throughout. Thank you for a lovely holiday and we will definitely return when we visit Lanzarote!

Fabulous Villa great quiet location
Just home from a weeks stay at Casa Feliz and the week was just not long enough. Villa was spotless and extremely well equipped with everything you could need, thank you Andy for the welcome hamper it was much appreciated. Communication with Andy was easy with quick response times thank you again, hope to stay again in the future.

Lovely Villa in a Good Location
A lovely & well equipped villa with a heated pool in a good & quiet location. The integration of the table area into the villa makes a big difference, especially early in the season when it can get a bit cold in the evenings & gives the villa an edge over comparable villas in the area. The garden is lovely with palm trees and lighting at night. The TV package was exceptional. Andy was a very helpful & communicative host. Thoroughly recommended.

Great villa
This villa is perfect for couples or small families. Lovely outdoor space and only a 10-15 minute walk to seafront / restaurants (although cabs are very cheap if you don't want to walk!) Would definitely use again for another short break.

Excellent stay
Thanks foe a lovely stay the villa itself was awesome clean and garden and pool area was fantastic truly like home to home. From booking and registration for key collection was quick and simple Andy the villa owner couldn't be more helpful in answering ang questions before our arrival and didn't have to disturb him for anything as all was what it was as advertised. My only critic would be that pool was some what cold and didn't feel it was to its right temperature. I know we went in December but I do alot of travelling in playa blanch all year round and felt that it was just a little under correct temperature which I have told the villa owner Andy on which he kindly replied that he would look into this but again felt there was no need to disturb him as once you was in it wasn't to bad. Overall full stars from me Andy top guy and would definitely recommend as I have been to more than 30 villas in the past 10 years and this in my top 5 ....

Wow what can I say , me and my partner have just spent the last week at casa felix and it has been excellent . It is peaceful , clean , spacious , and only a short distance to everything you may need . The pool is cleaned twice a week by a really nice guy who took the time to speak to us also . All in all it is better than we expected by far as a whole and we will definitely be returning . The communication with Andy the owner has also been excellent and after explaining we had a late flight he also allowed us a late checkout after checking with his cleaners . Once again cannot wait to return top place thank you Andy 😁

Everything from booking the stay to leaving the villa has been amazing. Communication from Andy throughout the booking process and during our stay has been amazing and the villa itself is stunning and so well equipped. It far exceeded our expectations. When checking in at the airport, the lady knew exactly who we were, where we staying and was very efficient at checking us in and giving us all the information we needed to access the villa. The 'pool guy' was super friendly and the cleaning staff were so lovely aswell. Cannot fault any part of our stay and would highly recommend to any other family looking for a home from home stay in a beautiful, peaceful location

Marvelous stay in casa Feliz
we liked it very much. The house is fully furnished with everything you need for a carefree stay. It is wonderfully quiet and you can relax great. The agency on site takes care of every request very quickly. the contact in advance with the owner is great. he answers all questions very quickly and is very helpful. What a beautiful villa, just returned from a fab holiday
Just returned from holiday we had the best time. The villa was clean, spacious and homely. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool and garden were beautiful. We will definitely be going back!

Perfect, Peaceful Get Away
Great communication with Andy re all aspects of the property. Lovely welcome pack awaited us on arrival. The villa was clean and spacious with a well landscaped garden including two seating areas. We made full use of the pool which was always lovely and warm. Good network choice on the T.V. if you fancy a movie night. A very quiet location which was perfect for relaxing. I would recommend a car to make the most of trips into Playa Blanca town and Marina Rubicon as these are about a 15 minutes drive away. Overall we loved staying at Casa Feliz and would definitely stay again.

Loved it from Start to Finish
We’ve just got back from a wonderful 10 days at Casa Feliz. The property was exactly as described and more. Andy was very helpful prior, during and after our stay and the management company in Lanzarote were also excellent. The outdoor area is lovely for relaxing and the heated pool (cleaned twice a week) was perfect. For me (a big sports fan) - the TV service was excellent. The kids were happy too… We would happily book again.

Schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Villa und äußerst freundlicher Gastgeber.
Die Villa von Andy ist sehr gut gepflegt und ausgestattet. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern im März für 12 Tage dort und habe sehr schöne Ferien verbracht. Der Pool ist angenehm beheizt und wird zweimal in der Woche gereinigt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, um sich selbst zu versorgen und draußen gibt es einen gemauerten Grill. Andy war jederzeit zu erreichen und hat uns bei allen unseren Fragen unkompliziert und schnell geholfen. Er ist ist ein wirklich netter Kerl. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Very Quiet Holiday - Nice Villa
Communication was great with the owner. I requested a heater which was there on arrival. Any minor issues fixed immediately. Comfortable villa in a quiet location which is exactly what I wanted. Car hire is a must when staying near Faro Park area.

We had the most amazing stay at Casa Feliz. Andy was fantastic in his communication and everything went really smoothly with check-in and the additional Covid safety measures. The villa was beautiful, spotlessly clean and had everything you need with a lovely little welcome pack of food essentials on arrival. The beds are extremely comfortable and the villa is in a lovely quiet location. We had a fantastic relaxing family holiday, and we didn’t want to leave! Nuestra semana en Casa Feliz ha sido estupenda (una pena que no hayamos podido estar más tiempo). La casa es tal y como aparece en las fotos, una decoración detallista y cómoda. La atención por parte del propietario (Andy) ha sido impecable, tanto antes como durante la estancia. Ha sido un auténtico placer, hasta el punto que consideramos esta casa como otra de las razones para volver a Lanzarote. La recomendamos sin dudarlo a todo el que desee pasar unas buenas vacaciones en la isla. Muchas gracias, Andy Our week at Casa Feliz has been great (it's a pity we couldn't stay longer). The house is as it appears in the photos, a detailed and comfortable decoration. The attention from the owner (Andy) has been impeccable, both before and during the stay. It has been a real pleasure, to the point that we consider this house as another reason to return to Lanzarote. A really beautiful villa in a relaxed setting. Everything was easy to reach with e-scooters. Andy was always open to questions and made sure everything was perfect. We also give him credit for making it possible for us to holiday there as a youth group. We will definitely go there again.
