« Very dirty hotel and terrible service. Supposedly breakfast is included, but we didn't find any food and when we asked at reception, they said it wasn't included, it's a scam. I don't recommend this hotel. Hotel très sale et service catastrophe. supposé le petit déjeuner est inclus, mais on a rien trouvé comme aliments et lorsqu'on a demandé à la réception, ils ont dit que ce n'est pas inclus, c'est de l'arnaque. je déconseille cet hotel »

« DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. »

« It was shocking to see that there is no sitting area in the lounge. Room was so dark and poorly ventilated. It was not like how it was shown in the photos while reserving. We canceled our reservation »

« Parking was ok, but that was the only good thing. Dirty sheets with hair and stains that looks like bodily fluids from the previous guests. Property management was very unresponsive I had to wait 4 hours to get into my room was not provided any accommodations for the lost of the time but is being told there is no refund for late check ins when it’s was their fault. « The location was convenient, stores all around. The Front desk person was not at the Front desk most of the times. You would have to call using a phone and then he would come to the front. »
