Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Take a minute to just sit and take in the views.This is a great house with sweeping views of the Puget Sound out of every window. It's also close to great parks and downtown Langley for some really good eats too!

A beautiful two story house with an upscale design perched in a prime location on Saratoga Road with a sweeping view of the Saratoga Passage and the Cascades beyond. The house sits in a quiet location but is a short drive from the shops, galleries and restaurants of the quaint town of Langley and only slightly longer but forested drives to the Clinton Ferry in one direction and top rated Double Bluff Beach in the other. The hidden gem for us was the Saratoga Woods, only a hundred yards down the road, with a network of trails through an enchanting old growth forest. After an exciting day on this wondrous island, this well situated rental house was always a welcome place to return, relax and gaze at the incredible view through the many windows on the main floor and in the bedrooms, from the large deck or out on the back lawn. We highly recommend staying at this house while enjoying the tranquility and beauty of Whidbey Island!

We stayed for approximately a week in this Langley property- the house was just as represented, and a very comfortable stay. We had a couple of minor issues that required communication with the property management team, who were absolutely responsive and accommodating. If there was any negative about the house, it would be that the property, while equipped with the basics, seemed a touch light on amenities, relying on whatever leftovers were provided by previous guests for pantry staples, and providing the bare minimum paper products for the bathrooms. While this is stated in the description, ("starter supply"), it's not very expensive to provide those, and the overall impression of the property would increase noticeably. We will certainly keep this property on the short list for when we come back!

This house was a respite for us! We enjoyed watching the water and clouds change as the weather changed. Hummingbirds were in abundance. It was quiet and peaceful and just what we needed to take a break. The house is beautiful and comfortable and the listing is accurate - it was easy to find with GPS and there were lots of things to do in and around Langley!

We loved every minute of our stay...the view was spectacular...even saw 2 bald eagles soaring. The house was extremely comfortable and fireplace was so cozy! It was like being at home away from home... The kids were happy to be so near to the water and watch the ships...the yard gave them safe space to be outside as it is fenced.. We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and hope to return soon.

We were two families with young children. Despite all the rooms on one level, we found the walls to hold noise very well. The kitchen/dining room area was spacious and lent itself well to cooking/relaxing. It was so enjoyable to wake up to a view of the water each morning! Everything was very clean. We would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for our stay on the island. The location was a short drive to Langley where there are shops, a grocery store and nice restaurants. The house was very open and had beautiful views. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There was also a nice grill on the deck. All the beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely time together and really enjoyed the view. The home was clean and comfortable. The lack of kitchenware (no potholders, rubber scrapers, drying mats, few kitchen towels, few cutting boards, baking sheets, tupperware) made it difficult to cook the way we like to but we made do. And more normal glasses. Also a nice touch would be to include a Bluetooth speaker for playing music (a lot of newer phones can't connect with Aux cable).

Our family came out to Whidbey for a short trip and this home was a perfect location to relax and unwind. Just 6 minutes away from the main strip in Langley, it was far enough for some peace and quiet but close enough to venture into town for some meals and dessert. The view from the back porch was the main attraction for this home. We look forward to coming back!
