« The hotel looks a wee bit tired but the location is excellent. The views over the bay are stunning and you have direct access to the south west coastal path. There was a problem with our room but we were moved to another room. The room decor is lovely. Staff helpful and friendly »

« I had some issues with the cleanliness of the room. I raised them with staff on the front desk and they were fantastic. Fully engaging, very helpful - however the actual people responsible for the room cleaning were not and did not address anything. After nothing changed, the front desk staff moved me to a different room, and I had a good chat with and apology from the hotel manager. Overall, despite the issues with cleanliness, the hotel is well-run and it was a nice friendly place to stay....
