« Excellent service; really friendly and helpful people - thanks for an enjoyable stay. Well located right on front between central Penzance and Newlyn. Main hotel spaces are light and spacious; nice venue for the good breakfast. Only giving 4 stars because bedroom in Annex was small, with small window (above head-height) and v. warm in July - it’s expensive for a room of that size and comfort. »

« Lovely guesthouse very close to Penzance ´s train station. The room was small, but you'll find everything you need. Very good breakfast and Rob & Belinda have kept my luggage until the end of the afternoon :) »

« Une chambre de bonne taille, propre et assez calme alors que située au-dessus d’un pub. Un grand lit confortable. Un excellent petit-déjeuner et un personnel sympathique et qui veut faire plaisir (pancakes au petit-déjeuner alors que pas à la carte). »

« Good location however if driving parking can be difficult, though paid parking across the road. £7.50/24 hrs. It is above a pub so can be noisy. Room spacious as we were 3 adults. Tea/coffee in room. Nice view from our room. Ocean views. Staff helpful. We had no hot water first night and they tried their best to get sorted. No air conditioning - a small fan in room - was hot, albeit middle of summer! Nice breakfast included- continental and cooked if you wish. »

« We loved staying in this beautiful cottage in Newlyn. Lenn our host provided us with a wealth of really helpful information about checking in and places to eat and visit. The cottage was full of beautiful art work and a lovely garden to sit in. It was so relaxing staying here, with everything we needed and more. The cottage was situated in the heart of Newlyn so it was easy to catch local buses and walk to a number of wonderful pubs and restaurants. We especially liked being able to buy...

« Lovely little top floor flat in central Penzance. Had everything we needed for our stay and was well appointed, beautifully clean and warm on arrival. Instructions and communication from owner was spot on. We got the train so cannot comment on parking, but the flat is on a pedestrianised shopping street so there is no vehicular drop off immediately outside. We used the ‘Ride-on’cycle shop, a five minute walk from the bus and train station, to drop off our bags prior to check in and check out...
