« Lovely apartment, very clean, modern and spacious with everything you need.The location is perfect, a short walk down to Carbis Bay and a quick cheap train ride to St Ives (the location couldn't be more convenient for the station). It is also a great location to access lots of other beautiful beaches in the area, Gwithian was another favourite of ours for bodyboarding and to see the seals.Communication with the owners was great.Would highly recommend this apartment and would love to return. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Scott’s vacation flat. It was clean, comfortable in every way and the views from the front windows were breathtaking. There is excellent wifi and because we did cook some nights, we really appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with useful utensils and stainless steel pans. « We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is beautiful with lovely views over Carbis Bay. It was spotlessly clean and the best equipped accommodation we have stayed in. The location is perfect. It is a 2 minute walk to the train station, a 5 minute walk to the beach and only 5 minute drive to the nearest supermarket. Our daughters said it was the best holiday they've had. Great memories made and we will definitely be returning. »

« My wife, son, and I had an amazing stay in St. Ives and the beach view from the bay windows of this property was truly one of the highlights of our vacation. It made for a perfect start to every day. The property was immaculately clean and well located. The designated parking spot was a real plus and made arrival and departure a breeze in a town of notoriously tight streets. « Cannot fault the apartment, 3 the elms st ives.Great location,parking under cover in carport. Apartment has everthing you need for a great stay. Would stay again. The only issue we had was the road upto house, cars parking on road upto house difficult at times to drive upto house,, was told nothing can be done to stop parking on road,. Also we would of loved a easy guide to all electrical appliances leaving out say in a book or folder when we arrived on table. for dishwasher, oven, induction...
