Un bon hôtel dans un bel immeuble
Très bel immeuble en briques restauré d’excellente manière. Dans le lobby on se sent comme dans un autre monde. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Very nice staff, clean room, very nice complementary breakfast and close to everything we wanted to see. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Plus the restaurant on the premises was great.

Amazing accommodations our suite was gorgeous and super clean. At every turn conceirge was helpful and always polite at all hours of the day or night. I even needed extra pillows and utensils in the middle of the night and they were always accommodating. The lobby is beautiful, the bartender informative and patient when we arrived late almost before closing. The lighting drinks, tasty cocktails and art in every floor added a visual appeal and aesthetic that felt more cosmopolitan than the overall feel of being in Lancaster or near Amish country. Only con is the breakfast is not included and it is pretty below average if you have to pay for it. My daughter and husband ate breakfast and said it was pretty bad. Overall, I’d come back again in a heartbeat just take care of your own food or go out for your meal. Otherwise a stunning hotel with exceptional hospitality.

This is a cute hotel, well placed to downtown Lancaster and to Franklin and Marshall College. The bathroom was well appointed, the included breakfast was good enough (great coffee) and everything was very clean. Downsides: the floor was not level, which led to the bed also being not level enough to be somewhat disconcerting. The elevator is oddly slow.

Checked in and took the slowest one elevator ever to my room. My key card didn’t work to open my door. Had to go back down again to get my cards to actually activated. Pain in the butt. TV didn’t work. Asked receptionist to get fixed. Came back from entire day away. Not fixed. Also when I dialed to tell her about it no one picked up line. That is concerning. I had to call from cell. Then she picked right up. Like didn’t want to deal with any actual problems. Super loud room. The room above us was so loud. Literally couldn’t sleep. Showers are unusually large. In order to use the shampoo that is in dispenser, you have to walk out from the shower to reach it. It’s really an odd placement. Bad planning. This place charges a lot for what they offer. Service is poor. Everything else is sub par. This was my second visit. It’s close the college campus which is convenient. That’s it’s only appeal.

My husband and I stayed Friday - Sunday to celebrate Valentines Day. We stayed in a Loft Suite and it was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was very clean and spacious and loved the jacuzzi tub. The property was very clean maybe could use some spackling and painting in spots. Staff were all very nice. Continental breakfast had a good selection and was good. Only one complaint would be the water temperature in the shower we had to keep messing with the knob because it would never stay one consistent temp. Other then that we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

Better than average
Better than average hotel. I was surprised that a hotel that emphasizes art actually had very little in the room. The room was quite small and one of the fixtures was broken which meant you were always coming into a dark area near the door. Free parking is good and an easy walk to town, which is what we were looking for. But, we were expecting something more unique than it turned out to be.

Loved our overnight stay at Lancaster Arts Hotel! Very convenient to downtown with no extra hotel parking fee and lots of dining options close by. Wonderful atmosphere in the hotel and very comfortable; the shower was great. A red rosebud as part of the turndown service was a pleasant surprise. Would happily to stay here again.

Beautiful place with tons of artsy vibes! Absolutely loved our room, we had the suite with the big bath tub definitely large enough for two people! Everyone was extremely helpful and polite! Only thing I would recommend they do is hire more help during the complimentary breakfast. It was too much for one person during the busy hours. Other than that nothing bad to say, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
