« Scrumptiously clean room. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Perfect air conditioning. Very family friendly, and plenty of shops nearby. I highly recommend Hotel Heritage for my family and friends. Edward from Ohio »

« The Propert has been shut for two years. Expedia owes and applogy and explanation for the harassment as also vompensation and full refund for charges imposed.Never use Expedia again. »

« The hotel was a convinent location for shopping and had lots of restaurants near it. As far as site seeing went we went in a taxi to the gate of India and to Bandra where all the Bollywood stars live. We saw Juhu beach and Santa Cruz and Likoni Bazaar and the famous Chor bazaar. We also went to Mohammed Ali Road where we saw the actual busy traffic of Mumbai along with beautiful clothes and Indian art work. »

« Hotel is clean and staff are very helpfull any time rooms are well kept clean also location is very good all in all every thing was perfect we enjoyed our stay at Royal park hotel »

« Nicely designed rooms with wooden panels. Close to city center via Grant road or mumbai central station. 24/7 reception: convenient for late arrivals in mumbai. But Wifi was out of order during our stay. No paper toilet offered. And any shower will get your bathroom totally flooded (no specific shower area in bathroom). »

« Good hotel »

« No complaints. Staffs are very co-operative »

« This neighborhood boutique hotel served their community during ramadan for the entire month of our stay. Staff made an honest effort to satisfy our requests. The hotel is undergoing renovations so there are a few things to work out like regulating water tempature, construction noise and only a sheet covered the new matress. The breakfast was typical - basic idli, fruit, etc. They make great tea. It is well located. »

« Très bon accueil. Chambre propre »
