« We loved this property. We were looking for something authentic and this was definitely it. This apartment had lots of character and ambience. it was well equipped for cooking and living. We loved the spiral staircase and the bedroom on the upper level. We also built a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The grocery store up the street was fantastic along with the fact that it had fill your own bottle of red or white wine. »

« Charming villa away from the hustle that pays off with a gorgeous view. Able to explore the hillside village which we would have never known about. Loved our short stay. »

« Cosy small and practical (there's even bedsheets and towels) mountain house. The 30 minutes mountain road to get to the lake was not a problem for us, the view from the road is absolutely stunning. For hikers there are multiples options directly from the house. Despite being quite isolated, the village is populated. »

« Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Plesio. La maison sur 3 etages est au calme, bien equipée avec une vue superbe sur le lac par toutes les fenêtres. Elle est située à environ 10 min du centre de Menaggio en voiture. Nous recommandons cette location pour un séjour en famille. Il est difficile de trouver une place sur le parking au dessus de la location mais nous avons pu nous garer sur la route sans trop de problème. »

« La location est calibrée pour 4 adultes. Nous sommes arrivés avec un enfant en plus que nous avons pris en charge in extremis. Nous n'avions pas prévenu ce qui j'en conviens n'est pas courtois. L'accueil a été un peu froid et après discussion - 2 jeunes enfants exigent moins de confort qu'un adulte - notre hôtesse a fait preuve de compréhension - et je l'en remercie - et a consenti à nous recevoir. Le jardin est très agréable et la vue sur le lac réjouissante. Un bémol, la route Como-Bellagio...

« Das Haus war sehr sauber! Leider gab es nicht die beworbene Seenähe (ca 30 Minutennach Bellagio an den See, Serpentinen). Auch die angepriesene Unterhaltung durch vorhandenes TV gab es nicht (ausschließlich italienische Programme). Die Küche war sehr sperrlich ausgestattet, einen Toaster, wie beschrieben gab es auch nicht, dafür einen Sandwichmaker. Wer die Stille, abseits der Zivilisation mag, ist dort genau richtig. Man hat wirklich Ruhe zum Entspannen! »

« Probably the nicest villa we've stayed at in many years of coming to Italy; beautifully situated right on Como with a swimming dock that private boat rentals can also come to directly. There is easy access to town walking along a protected pedestrian pathway separated from the road. The house itself is well appointed -- the bedrooms are all very comfortable with good AC and plenty of storage; the fridge is large and gas range was great for cooking the nights we stayed in. The pool was perfect...

« This apartment is located in a residential area, however if you have a car, there is no problem going to Bergamo sightseeing or shopping malls. It is also within a 30 minute drive from the airport. The owner was very kind and flexible with check-in times. The room is clean and has everything. Highly recommended if you are staying with your family. »

« This was a last minute travel plan and this was the perfect choice. Location could not be better as the train and ferry are both just a very short walk. View was amazing and the property managers went above and beyond for us. Would definitely stay again. »
