The lodge offers an open floor plan and 3 separate floors to entertain on. The basement includes a pool table, custom-built ARCADE machine, and 65-inch 4K Smart TV. The Main Floor includes an open kitchen, 70-inch 4K Smart TV, all seasons patio, and wrap-around deck. Enjoy some peace and quiet upstairs in the reading loft.



We aim to provide an impeccably functioning home that is superbly clean and well amenitized with everything you should need to unwind and relax. Below are more specifics on the house; we send a guest book (post booking) with everything we provide, including pictures of everything included in the kitchen.



HIGH-END AMENITIES

Lakeville Lodge has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The Lodge comes equipped with 7 WiFi connected 4K LED Smart TVs. Along with 7 beds and 4 pull-out couches. Guests have full use of the washer and dryer, Weber Grill which is connected to our onsite propane tank (never run out!), and blazing fast 250 Mgbs WiFi. With our WiFi mesh network, guests can work wirelessly and seamlessly anywhere in the house or out on the 1 of 2 decks that provide 1,500+ square feet of elevated outdoor space. High end amenities to enhance your stay include 6 SONOS speakers (indoor and outdoor), a BigOne LoveSac bean bag in our reading loft, Keurig & Drip Coffee maker, Arcade machine with 100s of games, and more. The Lodge screams privacy, while only minutes from restaurants, bars, and the lake.



Our large driveway provides ample parking space for up to 7 cars and includes a basketball hoop. Enjoy some time around the fire pit or relax out of the sun inside the private, onsite Gazebo.



ULTIMATE COMFORT

Lakeville Lodge has central A/C and central Heat with 4 separate temperature zones, for individual comfort throughout the house. Wake up feeling well-rested in one of our king/queen beds which all have high end, pillow top mattresses and microfiber sheets. We are fastidiously clean and neat and so is the house.



HOT TUB

The Lodge is equipped with a large, 7-person 67-jet Artesian hot tub. The hot tub is drained and refilled every week to ensure a sanitary condition for all of our guests.



ALL INCLUSIVE - LINENS

We provide hotel-quality towels, sheets, pillows and basic necessities at no additional charge. We aim to keep a lightly stocked kitchen with Keurig pods, coffee, salt/pepper, and a handful of different seasonings.



ARCADE MACHINE

Our newest addition is a custom-designed, 4-player ARCADE machine with 100's of games to chose from! Games include Pac-man, GoldenTee Golf, Angry Birds, Galaga, Defender, Casino games, Frogger, pinball, and many, many more! Fun for the whole family!



Please note there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far in the woods. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels. To ensure this environment we have outdoor noise monitors.

Well behaved dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $75 per pet fee. AirBnb only collects pet fees for the first pet, additional approved dogs will be an additional $75/pet charged post booking.

Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children.

Parking is limited to 7 cars, No RVs.

Per local regulations, we are restricted to an overnight guest maximum of 10 guests and 15 total day guests.



We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.
