This waterfront home's direct access to North Tenmile Lake and the Umpqua Beach Dune system makes it an ideal choice for a year-round adventure. From fishing and boating to ATV excursions and more, there's so much fun to discover just steps from your front door. This home enjoys access to an improved 3-mile ATV route directly to the dunes and a no-wake zone for swimming. At home, soak in the amazing lake views on the deck or while gathered around the wood-burning firepit. A gas grill is equipped for backyard barbecues.

Inside, you'll find the space well-appointed for family comfort, with home essentials including a full kitchen, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

This spacious lakefront home offers a rare opportunity to enjoy direct access to the dunes right from the property! Throughout Oregon and Washington, you'd be hard-pressed to find many homes that boast the advantage of direct water and dune access where you can park your boat in the backyard or drive ATVs, dune buggies, and motor toys right onto the sand. This home has the wonderful advantage of having rare access to a designated route for all your toys and ATVs so you can ride your ATV three miles into the dunes. Upper and lower outdoor areas each showcase epic lake views with a no-wake swimming area. A gas grill is also equipped for alfresco dining. This home enjoys recreation opportunities year-round for your enjoyment.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: Private concrete dock with boat slip plus additional watercraft parking alongside. The county boat launch is free from the launch go left into the canal and the dock will be the second dock on your right once you exit the canal. North Lake Resort charges $7.00 to launch from their private boat launch. It is the second dock to the right, just before the grey boathouse with blue roof.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Weekend getaway

We had difficulty opening the unit. The code was about 16 digits instead of 4. We finally were able to access the unit but we were hesitant to lock up when we left the unit to run to the store. We contacted vacasa but no response. The driveway is very steep with gravel. It might be an issue driving out if it rained alot. Theres plenty of parking space by the unit. We had friends come by for dinner. There was 6 of us with only 5 dinner plates. We managed nbd. But you need to add to the place settings. There was only 1pod to use the dishwasher. We started a load without soap. I forgot to bring some. The dock has a very very steep stairway. The rail is on one side kind of rickety. I use a cane so o wouldn't attempt it. One of our party went down & sat on the dock. There is a cpl chairs. & a ladder for swimming. Theres also a trail to get down to the dock. Pretty slippery though. There are 2 outdoor tables 1 on the deck & 1 on a lower pad. The deck needs a safety rail. The unit was immaculate & the view is spectacular. We could watch the boats launching & passing to & from. Very peaceful setting. The beds were pretty hard. But we only stayed 2 nights so we managed. Overall we would stay here again. Oh for some reason a light on the oven would not go off but the element inside the oven was cold. Must be something wrong with the switch. gravel. Might be an issue
