Chalets à Lakeland - Winter Haven

« Easy check in. Sheets felt dirty almost like gripping your skin. Also found black tiny hair in the sausage gravy when putting on my biscuit. »

« The receptionist at check-in was not the most friendly and avoided eye contact. We did not have enough bath towels for our family and had to call the reception to get at least an extra one. The next day same thing, we had only 3 towels for our family of 4: we called reception again but this time, we have been told to go downstairs and get the towels ourselves. There was a strange noise in our AC vent all night, which was a bit annoying. Check-out: receptionist was on the phone with a...

« Parking was plentiful, Staff was very helpful and friendly - especially the young woman that checked me in (Allison??) and the lady that checked me out this AM. Both very personable and helpful!! The room did have some candy wrappers on the floor when I checked in, so really it could have been cleaned better, but towels, etc. were clean and soft. Breakfast was good - and enough options. »

« Très bien »

« Hôtel désuet Besoin d un make over Draps usés »
