« We liked the friendliness of the folks around us. Once we got used to the the streets and how they changed names we were able to navigate around without trouble. At first though we got lost quite often. There weren't enough towels and wash cloths and the kitchen faucet had a broken faucet nut which we had to fix ourselves a couple of times. Other than that it was a most comfortable abode and we are glad that we rented it. »

« We loved staying here. The place is very clean and the back yard area with the Hot-tub was a great addition. Getting into the hot-tub after our concert was a great way to end the night. We will definitely book again if ever in the Tampa area! »

« 3 night stay and a beautiful studio. Nicely equipped and plenty of space for a couple. A surprise were the snacks, paper products and chilled beverages in fridge upon arrival. Super clean. Only drawback i could see if someone had mobility issues. The entrance is located at the back of the residence and walkway is mostly stone pavers. A little wonky with those using a wheeled suitcase. »

« The home was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, specially the kitchen. The location was ideal with stores and restaurants nearby. The host communicated well during our stay.We loved it here! »

« Visiting from the Midwest, this place felt like home. But if you’re living locally and want some quiet time away from city life this is definitely worth a stay. Listing was very accurate, clean home and property, all directions were clear and the communication with the hosts were amazing. I highly recommend! »

« Great apartment with a nice pool. Updated finishes and the beds were comfortable. Within 20 minutes drive time to Universal Studios and Disney. Great communication with the property manager. »

« Small but adequate space for two . Very close close to main attractions and excellent eateries. Condo faces the pool but facility was great at maintaining quiet hours. Definitely would stay again. »
