This means a new fridge and also construction materials around the property (no fenced in yard for pets, plus empty bottles/gum wads, etc around construction area). « I cannot recommend this home enough. Spent the weekend here with 3 close friends and we quite literally had the best trip. « Beautiful, clean home in a great location to Whiteface and the town of Lake Placid. Went to go skiing and got more than I imagined. Basement with ping-pong and foosball kept "the boys" entertained at night. I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub while it was snowing. « It was cold during our stay and being right on top of the water there was a very large temperature gradient from the floor to ceiling. We had an infant sleeping in a pack n play on the floor and so it was necessary to blow a fan and move the air. The temp at the floor on our baby monitor was reading 61 while the heat in the room was set to 77. So be aware if you have an infant. Additionally the floor was bowing and popping up in many places. Likely due to extreme temperature swings or humidity....
