Pine Hill 23 offers a very comfortable home base in a great location within a private development that is positioned only 1 mile away from Lake Placid Main Street, presenting guests with opportunity to explore, have fun and return to a home away from home to relax and unwind!

This 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath home accommodates up to 8 guests and the welcoming open floor plan allows for easily gathering together. Enjoy a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all of the necessary cookware/dishes needed for the ease of preparing meals to dine at home and the dining table seats 6 adjacent to the kitchen counter with 2 stools. There is a ceiling fan in the main living area along with all of the bedrooms and the wi-fi connection throughout the home allows for guests to catch up on social media wherever they are most comfortable. The deck accessed through the living room with outdoor furniture is ideal for enjoying a cup of coffee in the fresh Adirondack air before you begin your adventures for the day!

There is a restaurant next door to the development that is considered a local favorite and the Village Main Street with many venues including the Olympic Arenas, Mirror Lake public beach with tennis courts and playground, many varied dining options, pubs, shopping, parks and year round activities all sit just a brisk walk or a very short drive away. Bring along your hiking boots to take advantage of the abundance of hiking trails or visit Whiteface Mountain with ski slopes for all skill levels only about a 15 minute drive away.

This home also sits in close proximity to all kinds of sporting activities to include fishing, golf, boating, sledding, cross country skiing, skating and endless other options. However you choose to spend your time, you are sure to take home an abundance of fond memories while staying at Pinehill 23, Phase II within the Olympic Village of Lake Placid and nestled within the heart of the Adirondacks!

Parking: Designated spots (2 vehicles), additional guest spots (2 vehicles, first-come, first-served) - Maximum 4 vehicles. The Town of North Elba, Village of Lake Placid has adopted new Short-Term Vacation Rental Regulations that include rental parking limitations for the maximum number of motor vehicles allowed on the property. Parking is NOT permitted on any part of the lawn or on any part of a sidewalk and like other communities the ordinance asks that you obey all regulations when parking in public.
