Prix abordable, très propre. Par contre personnel moins affable. Nous avons soupé au restaurant de l’hôtel. Service sans sourire et très long. Nous n’avons pas reçu ce qu’on avait commandé. Je retournerais là sans soucis pour y séjourner mais je n’y mangerais plus.

Everything is brand new, and high quality. The beds are really comfortable, and the rooms quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a wonderful place, new and comfortable. With the new upgrades to this property comes small details to make it a 10. Fit and finish is the only thing that has to be done. Resent drywall work has left a little dust in a/c unit, shower door seal could be an inch closer so water doesn't leak on floor and exhaust fan in bathroom would have been a better stay. All in all we had a nice stay.I would like to stay here again.

Everything was really nice the only downside for me was the shower I am a 🛀 person. But the rainfall shower was ok.

In April, the Adirondack Mountain region is really quiet and very little people are visiting at this time. Regardless, the place is spotless!! It’s so clean from going in the front door to your room. No one but me and my family were using the gym, so it was really clean. The pool is shallow for my taste (3-4 ft), but a pool is a pool so huge plus!

The room was absolutely beautiful but the walls must be made of paper. I could hear every single thing that happened around my room. Hard to sleep with that going on.

New, clean hotel. Great towels, bedding, pillows, etc. Only issue - not quiet. Voices from the hallways/upper floors travel into the rooms. It wasn’t a problem during my stay because I was there in the off-season (April 12-15), but if the hotel is full I imagine it could be loud. Hope there is a fix to the problem because other than that, it was the best outfitted room I have seen in years.

Excellent! Everyone was incredibly friendly, the rooms were comfortable, clean and modern. I love the fact that they text you instead of knocking for housekeeping. We came for the eclipse and. Although we didn’t stay on the property to view they had set up a lunch and viewing party. Would stay here again!

Really nice staff, the lake placid area is amazing and the hotel is in a very nicely situated place. The rooms were as we booked online and upon request they even gave us connecting rooms.

Went for the Solar eclipse, had a great time. Hotel staff was great, expecially since they are newly opened. They were able to accommodate a large number of guests and had good dining options. Would trust with a large event / corp event

During our stay we had no hot water one morning so that was a bit of an annoyance. I heard there was a power outage in part of the hotel so I'm guessing that is what caused there to be no hot water.
