"The overwhelming thing that should be pointed out is there are 30 steps. Two females had a difficult time navigating with luggage and groceries. If you’re young and healthy, great. The toilets had black mold and the screen door is completely broken. The wrong gate code was given to us so that took some time. The good: Location is great, complex seemed safe, it’s literally RIGHT on the dock/water and is decorated really cute."
