The room was like a small apartment, very neat and clean; a few small details could be adjusted, but they were minor and I had great communication with the staff when I needed to find out how to work something. "Excellente localisation de l’hôtel et la terrasse commune extérieure à une très belle vue sur la rivière Muskoka. Un grand merci tout particulier à Cameron qui fait partie du restaurant et qui a été très serviable, arrangeant et adorable. Ses petites attentions étaient parfaites La présence du restaurant italien dans l’hôtel est un grand plus. Le petit déjeuner est complet et il y a possibilité d’avoir une alternative sans gluten (merci !)."
