The space
The house is 1900 sq ft, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 9 people. It offers plenty of space and comfort for families or groups.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, except for one locked closet and the basement, which is unfinished. Check in is via smartlock. There is parking in the driveway and garage.

- NO pets
- Please read over house rules
- NO excessive noise, particularly during quiet hours (9pm - 8am) as the house is in a calm, family neighbourhood.

Getting around
There is parking in the driveway and garage. You can enjoy walks and biking in the neighbourhood but will need a vehicle to explore the rest of Bracebridge and Muskoka!
