Summer offers a sandy beach perfect for kids with access to swimming, canoeing and kayaking in shallow water. Winter offers a skating rink, snow tubing hill, snowshoeing, playground, activities centre. Indoor pool, hot tub, hiking, tennis courts and more on site.
The space
The cottage has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and is approximately 1300 square feet. The Master has a king bed and ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen and the third has two twin beds. The cottage has a deck as well as an enclosed Muskoka room. The cottage is part of the Blue Water Acres Resort, a large 40 acre property on Lake of Bays. You have exclusive access to your cottage (including deck and BBQ) and shared access to the resort amenities. The property has walking trails, two tennis courts, a playground, games room and exercise room.
