Nicely located hotel between Orlando and Daytona
Convenient place with a few local stores and restaurants nearby. Close to the highway for an fast and easy access. The Starbuck's Express Cafe is much appreciated.

Staff was great. The cleanliness top notch. Slight insight, the rooms had a certain smell. Not pleasant but not so overpowering that couldn’t stay there. Suggestion to use freshener or some sorts.

The check in and check out attendants were not very friendly or personable. As we were going to our room, we noticed cereal all over the carpeting in the hallways and in the elevators. We went out and came back later and it was still there. The room was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom in multiple places and standing water in the tub. The AC did not work very well & the room, it smelled, stale and old. The bedsheets had a musky, moldy odor to them. The refrigerator in the room had a broken shelf for the freezer portion which limited the use of the refrigerator/freezer and the temperature of the items that we were in the refrigerator were not cold when we pulled them out the next morning. It was very noisy throughout the hotel and when we went to go to the swimming pool, the entire pool was occupied by at least 20 children and they took up the entire pool for hours, so we were unable to swim. I will not stay at a Marriott Hotel ever again. I never had this horrible of a stay at any other hotel.

The area around the property felt safe, it was quiet, and there were several dining options. The convenience of nearby highways made getting to other areas easy. There was convenient self parking and friendly staff. I totally enjoyed my stay and I will go back.

was trying to book a room reserved for a wedding party. The Marriot system was down that day. When it came back up the next day I was told there were no rooms available for that event and quoted a price twice as much. I ended up going through Expedia for a less expensive room. When I brought this up on check in the girl just giggled and said there was nothing she could do. The Wedding group was under the name Graffy. They not only reserved rooms but paid for a meet and great on Saturday night and a brunch on Sunday morning. Your hotel was very nice. Your customer service NOT SO GOOD!

I ended up at the Marriott Courtyard property at 2:00 am I can’t walk far at all so I was obligated to stay there That’s fine since that’s where I thought my reservation was for I wonder if I paid for two rooms last night?? I only gave a one star for cleanliness because they had four glass glasses in the room and two were filthy. Also the ice bucket had a new bag on it but inside had been used and had some weird red stuff in it. Bathroom shower glass was dirty. But all in all, it had been updated a year ago and they did a good job. I just needed a place to rest my head for one night and it was very convenient to get to the Sanford Airport.

When I arrived they did not have my reservation. Had to get a manager to find reservation by calling Expedia. There was only one overwhelmed (doing a good job) desk agent checking people in. There was a large amount of teenagers, looked like a baseball tournament, all over the hotel running up and down the halls. Super loud until midnight and the walls/doors did not block the rain well. Not my favorite stay.

The front desk not very present or quick. The elevator had something spilled on the wall and wasn’t cleaned the entire time I was there. Lived the snack bar for food area as I needed to grab a bar everyday so that was convenient.
