Personnel chaleureux meme au petit heures du matin
Arrivé et accès rapide à la chambre puisque tout était déjà réservé par le site. Pas du signer plein de papier comme parfois a d’autre hotel. Tres bien dormi! La chambre était tres spacieuse. Bien équipé et nous sommes parti très tot le matin et le personnel était super gentil et chaleureux malgré l’heure de notre départ. Je préparais dans le loby, un petit déjeuner a ma fille avec nos chose et elle ma même indiqué ou je pouvais trouver des ustensiles pour m’aider.

The location was easy enough the rooms were nice just the limited elevators one was broken so you had to walk the full length of the hotel our room was the opposite side on the fifth floor carrying luggage was just frustrating everything else seems to be fine

The room we were given was in an older part of the hotel, which we did not know until we checked out. Some of the light switches in our room didn't work, but the lamps worked just fine, so there was adequate lighting. There was a funky smell coming from the AC, which we eventually just got used to (didn't spend a ton of time in the room outside of sleeping). The tub showed some signs of aging and there were not amenities that I would just expect in every hotel room (ex: a safe). Kinda sucked that the elevator closest to our room was out of order, but what can you do?! Otherwise, our stay was pleasant. Breakfast was sufficient; nothing mind-blowing. Pool and hot tub temps were relaxing and comfortable. Very friendly staff that were very helpful throughout our stay.

Tenía rentado por 3 noches llame para avisar q llegaría en la madrugada tipo 1 me dijieron q no había problema así q eso me gustó , al llegar me dijieron q la habitación mía estaba siendo limpiada porque un huésped había vomitado dentro y estaban limpiando , a lo q yo me pregunto si yo llegaba más temprano q pasaba ? No tenía habiatacion? Me tocó quedarme en esa con un olor horrendo y la carpeta toda mojada por más q habían puesto ventiladores seguía mojada , le dije al encargado ok no hay problema estoy muerto del viaje nesecito dormir y a la mañana me iban a solucionar el problema , al día siguiente estuve toda el día fuera en un festival de rock en Daytona me quedaba a 30 m manejando apenas llegaba me iba acostar y nadie estaba en la recepción para poder hablar ya q el piso seguía mojado y cuando me quejé a los dos días ya q nadie venía y la carpeta seguía mojada q no pude estar descalza !!! Me quejé en el front desk me dijeron todo está vendido no tenemos lugar para moverlo perdón y bksblabla , en la mañana que tenía que hacer el check out por supuesto q me quede más tiempo y hablé con el manager ya q me habían hospedado en un cuarto horrendo y mojado el muy amable entendió mi problema y me dio una noche más gratis y me cambió enseguida de cuarto , eso me sirvió porque mi vuelo se había cancelado , Gracias al mánager y a la muchacha q atiende adelante que hicieron todo por ayudarme .

Room was clean. Couple roaches but thats to be expected in fla. Price was good. Our bathroom sink did not drain properly had to put qtips in the drain to keep it open. The breakfast was good.

Overall great value for the money 8/10. Location is a little tucked away which is nice. Mildly walkable if it's not hot and you're typically a walker or runner otherwise driving or Lyft/Uber is very reasonably priced option. Plenty of restaurants within 5-10 min. Only negatives were the sound of the A/C cutting on and off, the AC is louder than average AC and does not seem to have adjustable control settings. Other annoying thing was the rooms are designed so that adjoining rooms can be connected for families or groups. Negative of this is it sounded like someone was in my room, but it was just the neighbors and they woke up early unfortunately. They should have heavy mats or long pillows that lay at the base of the doors to damper and block sound.

Our stay was okay but the elevator was out of service so I had to walk to the other side of the hotel with my cases and then walk back across to the original side to get to my room in order to use their one working elevator. Had to travel back outside after taking everything up to place a parking pass in my car. I would have preferred to just give my license plate like most places to save me a trip back out. I was exhausted after 9 hours of driving and just wanted to settle in at that point. Bed was decent and the pillows were perfect. Water pressure was okay and soap choices were good Breakfast was also good (and hot) but it would have been a nice treat to have more bananas available (always gone very early during breakfast time) and a yogurt choice available. That said, other than the inconvenience of the elevator, it was a good value for the money.

I love the breakfast option. I only have one complaint or better yet a suggestion... update your TV's to WIFI 50"-65" tv's that you can be casted to from any mobile device such as any smart phone, tablet and/or laptop computer.

It had old vomit on the carpeted floor in our room. There was fingernail clippings & a lego toy on the floor. The towels were dirty they had not been changed. The hotel room window was very dirty you could barely see out. The elevator was out of service & I’m recovering from surgery I can’t use stairs yet. The bed is old you can feel coils in your back. It was a terrible experience & were very disappointed!

Everything was really great. We have stayed at many LaQuinta Inns over the years and this was the best over all. I had one slight problem.. The shower wasn't working well and the handheld shower didn't work at all. Other then that, everything was excellent.
