What was not satisfying about property was system was not up to par with 3rd party booking vendors seems like and room itself seemed like it was a pet friendly room near other pets and smokers on same floor as i wanted Non smoking room, which i got, but still near smokers. Just honestly wasnt satisfying for me wanting a relaxed n comfort stay..

The outside of the property was Clean. You walk in and the lobby area was dirty , the little coffee station was not clean. the rugs looked like they wet and smelled like mold. Our room smelled like bug spray when we had to clean everything down with disinfectant wipes and spray air freshener.

When we arrived at our room, the door was open, and the bathroom had been used and not flushed. The hallways to the rooms was dark and creepy.

This place comes off a little sketchy and wreaks of cigarette smoke. They also charge a $100 damage deposit, which I was told was just a temporary hold. It wasn’t, it was charged to my card and now I have to wait a week for the refund to go through. I never could find the breakfast which was not a true breakfast. If you can it’s worth staying somewhere else!

First appearance a nice room. Showerhead sprayed water up & over shower curtain onto the floor.Next morning a large cockroach on kitchen counter; then one dropped onto my neck as I was getting dressed. Reported to front desk.

The entire hall leading to the room smelled like dog urine and crap. Entered the room, and it smelled just as bad. Pieces of dog food on the floor. Bed looked like a taco shell. We didn't stay. Luckily they refunded us. This hotel has gone downhill.
