« The pool and hot tub were the highlights of why we picked this property. Upon check in we were told it was closed. We wanted to exercise before heading to bed and it was 8pm. The front desk staff offered to refund us if we wanted to go elsewhere but we were from out of town and needed a place to sleep! We were disappointed to not be notified ahead of time and told so we could make other arrangements in another city on our road trip. »
