« Easy check in easy and staff pleasant. Traveling with my 93 yo mother in law, asked if her room had a shower (both rooms initially booked as handi cap accessable). Was told it did have. Getting to room, both rooms had tubs. While rooms were large and suitable access if one was in a wheel chair bathroom only had multiple assist handles; shower/tub access was not really good.
Went to front desk and advised no other rooms available, none with a shower. Requested a shower bench for mother in...
