Nestled in a tropical paradise, this cozy abode offers easy access to nearby attractions, while providing a serene oasis for relaxation. This four bedroom has spacious accommodations and family-friendly amenities, it’s the ideal getaway for creating unforgettable memories.

LAKE HAVASU CITY LOCATION
Double G’s Tropical Paradise is tucked away in Lake Havasu City, Arizona – a lake destination in the Sonoran Desert where miles of coastline meet the Mohave Mountains. Known as Arizona’s “West Coast,” we are 2 œ hours from Las Vegas, 3 hours from Phoenix, and 4-5 hours from the San Diego and Los Angeles areas.

Here in Lake Havasu City, we are centrally located, and only 3 minuets away from the world famous London Bridge– near everything you’ll want to experience. Head a few miles north to the Bridgewater Channel for calm waters, sandy beaches, volleyball courts and waterfront eateries. You can also marvel at the historic London Bridge which was built in London in the 1830s. Pro tip: Make time for Windsor Beach, just a few minutes away, which is one of the prettiest beaches in Arizona.

Out on the lake, enjoy boating, bass fishing, wakeboarding, jet skiing and more. Our house is also close to Lake Havasu Marina and the new Havasu Riviera Marina where you can rent boat slips.
Back on land, choose among nearby hiking, mountain biking and off-roading adventures. Some of our favorites include the “Crack in the Mountain” hike in SARA Park (it has a family-friendly slot canyon and bighorn sheep) and guided ATV rides through the open desert.

And for fun meals out, we like The Red Onion for hand-crafted sandwiches and onion petals; Barley Brothers for wood-fired pizzas and microbrews on tap; and the waterfront Shugrue’s with artichoke crab dip and steak and lobster entrĂ©es.

RESORT-STYLE BACKYARD
Our backyard is the heart of our home where you can let go and live your best Arizona life.

Bask in the sun as you relax on chaise loungers and swim in our custom-built pool. Our beautiful and hand-crafted backyard will knock your socks off as you take a dip in the pool, relax in the jacuzzi, or have fresh cocktail at our new bar.

Over to the left, fire up the stainless steel BBQ grill for a family cookout. You can also play games of cornhole, Bocce ball, Jenga, Connect 4, and much more going on the artificial turf. And when it’s time for dinner, eat on our shaded patio that is a vacation dream.

Good vibes continue once night falls, as the swimming pool and spa is illuminated. Cozy up to the fire pit on cooler nights.


GOURMET KITCHEN
Once you see our remodeled kitchen, you may never want to leave.
Other kitchen features include: stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, baking dishes, and everything needed to make a beautiful meal. And to start your morning right, we provide coffee, K-Cup pods, and Tea for you. Our cute mini coffee bar is also equipped with coffee syrups, and a milk frothier! As we say; coffee before cocktails!

4 BEDROOMS
Our four bedrooms are spacious retreats that make you feel at home. Three bedrooms are located in the left wing of the house, just off the living room. And the fourth suite takes up the right wing.

Unwind among modern furnishings, rich textures, and black, white, and grey color palettes with subtle pops of color. Our rooms have luxury beds and design pieces including bedside tables and lamps, mirrors and artwork. There’s even a bunk bed room for the kids, with an added trundle.

2 BATHROOMS
Two bathrooms are spacious and full of beautiful design touches – just like the rest of the house. You’ll find striking vanities, matte black and brass fixtures, The primary bedroom as a Ÿ bath with a double vanity, and a beautiful tile shower. The second bathroom has a single, but spacious vanity, with a tub/shower combo.

And to make your stay even more comfortable, we provide these toiletries for each bathroom: Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body bar soap, lotion and hand/facial soap.

Guest access
You have private access to Double G’s tropical Paradise and all amenities during your stay. For your privacy, our backyard is fully enclosed. You can access Double G’s tropical Paradise any time with our secure, keyless entry.
Other things to note
WELCOME GUIDEBOOK
There is a welcome guidebook at the property and contains all the house information you will need. We also include recommendations for food, drinks and activities.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am.

PARKING
Our driveway can comfortably fit up to two cars. On the left side of the house, you’ll find gravel parking for your cars, and on the gravel in the front there is room to park your boat. All vehicles must park on our premises.


SWIMMING POOL
Children must be monitored in and near our pool at all times. And young children must wear swim diapers. No diving is allowed, and please don’t touch the pool equipment. You are welcome to heat the swimming pool for an additional $100 per night ($395 initial heating, then 100$ per night during Oct-April). Advance Notice: To ensure the pool is perfectly warm upon your arrival, please request heating at least 3 days in advance.

Spa
As our hot tub doesn’t have an on-site control panel, please let us know in advance of your stay which days and times you’d like to heat it. And if you’d like to make adjustments while at the house, just let us know. Heating the hot tub is an additional $35 per night. Spa heating is available from 9p.m. until 11p.m.

All heating fees will be due prior to the heating. Please let us know how many days you'd like the pool or spa heated during your stay.


QUIET HOURS
Thank you for observing quiet hours between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors.

OUTDOOR CAMERAS- Cameras are located on the north side of the house at pool/ pool equipment, doorbell, driveway, and at south end of the backyard over the turf/bar area for your protection and security of the home. Cameras are not viewed unless an accident has occurred.

SMOKING
To keep Double G’s Tropical Paradise fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside the house. If smoke is detected, a $600 fee will be applied to your reservation. You can, however, smoke in our uncovered backyard space. Please do not leave cigarette butts on site as

Wonderful Stay

This property was excellent. The host is an excellent communicator and promptly made sure all went well. The yard was awesome fome for fun and games.It was convenient for all Lake Havasu has to offer
