« Rooms are clean - we stayed there for a wedding - it is really annoying how they raise the prices especially so much - I paid $500 for a room- thats doubled the price it should be for no additional services - also requested early check in due to needing to get to the wedding by 3- they replied it would be put on our account - we got there at 215 and were told our room wasnt ready - annoying won't probably stay there again »

« The amenities and size of the rooms were wonderful. The photos of the rooms were misleading. The water park is an additional fee, but itâs the main photo for the whole hotel? Bait and switch. The floors in the room and generally on the property were dirty. Elevator was gross. Beds were comfortable.
The staff at the Grand Geneva were helpful, but you are not a Grand Geneva guest, you are a Holiday Inn guest and they are not connected. No Holiday Inn staff on site. »

« Manque de personnel flagrant, dĂ©jeuner fermĂ© car no staff et nous avons payĂ© pour dĂ©jeuner inclus, une nuit avec bruit party dans la chambre voisine et une seule personne tentait de gĂ©rer un hĂŽtel complet !!! Nâavons pu dormir avant 1h30 du matin , malgrĂ© 3 avertissements !!!! Je ne recommande pas cet hotel »

« Rooms are comfortable for a short stay. Staff is helpful. My only suggestion is that the coffee machine is available all day and not just in the morning. The staff was kind enough to plug in and I was able to get coffee in the afternoon. »
