The rooms are dated and just have a “dirty” feeling. It’s a room for the night. Other then the aesthetics of the rooms the hotel is in a great location for walking downtown Lake Geneva and close to everything you would need.

Good location. Quiet. Property and rooms need updating. Bathroom floor in room had not been swept, had hair all over it. Hot tub in pool area needs lighting and looked dirty/mildewy. Enjoyed the heated pool.

They have a later than average checkout of noon but let me check out at 1pm last minute. Very friendly staff, clean suites and in the best location in lake geneva. Will definitely stay here again!

The Governor's Suite was a very nice sized room, with a beautiful view. The drawbacks were shower pressure was not good at all, and the sofa beds were not comfortable.

The interior of the building is wonderful. The exterior needs to be sandblasted clean. The underground parking leaks in the rain. White substance dripped on to my car from the icicles on the ceiling. I used the underground parking so that me and my car would stay dry a lot of good that did. Reservation on expedia showed a full kitchen. There was no stovetop or dishwasher and very ill equipped kitchen.

Nice hotel right in the heart of the downtown area. The room was clean and offered some kitchen appliances. Nice size pool. Used the fitness center which was sufficient but kind of warm. Only thing we did not care for was the sound barrier. We could almost hear word for word the conversation next door.

Off season. Was pretty empty. We go during this time purposely. All facilities were still available. Local business people need to keep their political views to themselves. A little too red for my liking. Probably won’t return.

I really do like this hotel and have stayed here before. My favorite thing is the fact that it connects to the Baker House. Bela Vista Suites is beginning to look worn and down at the heels. The front desk area looks sad and neglected with its stained ceiling. When the staff steps away, there is a sign on the counter that says if you need help, "just pick up the phone and dial zero"...except there is no phone! The weirdest thing about this stay was when I finished my shower and took the beautifully folded fluffy bath towel from the shelf, I was surprised to see it had a brown stain.that looked a lot like coffee. .then I smelled it...ir was definitrly coffee with cream and sugar! Was the person who folded the towel drinking coffee at the same time? And how could they fail to notice they had sloshed it on the towel?

Wonderful stay
Absolutely wonderful. We were there for a girl weekend. The six of us were very pleased and comfortable. The staff was great. It is walking distance to downtown Lake Geneva. Would definitely recommend. Beautiful view of the lake.

I liked how close the hotel was to everything we wanted to do. The staff was super friendly, they sold wine at the reception, and the room was really big. The only thing is that the walls make sounds every now and then but nothing too crazy. Just scared me a couple of times haha.
