The hotel experienced an unexpected power outage during my entire stay. I couldn’t power my phone or my laptop and I was in town specifically for telework which obviously ran me into trouble with my job because I was forced to call out due to the power being out all day in the hotel. I missed out on earning my work wages for the whole day. I was furious. I couldn’t watch tv or use the telephone. I couldn’t use the alarm clock, coffee maker, fridge, lamps, AC, nor any appliances which need power to work inside my room. I had to walk around my room in the dark for my entire stay there. I was forced to take a shower in the dark with no lights on. I could’ve seriously hurt myself having to use the bathroom and shower without any lights to see what I’m doing or stepping on. I could’ve slipped and fell and been in serious pain. Everybody had to use the emergency stairs to go in and out of the hotel; I had to hear a woman arguing with a hotel staff member right next to my room, outside in the hotel’s hallway, because she was handicapped and could not use the staircases. When I asked the hotel Manager for a refund for my stay, he told me to take it up with Edison, the hotel’s power network provider, because he would not compensate the hotel guests for the HUGE inconvenience of the power going off throughout the entire hotel for the entire day. Unbelievable. I will NEVER stay here again.

They had a nice trail in the back, which really gave homeless and crime. There a dumpster with a baby diaper and some suspicious things around it. The overall vibe of this particular property did not sit right with us, and we could not sleep here peacefully, but overall was at a great price, and at least had towels and a bed so . I really think they should focus more on cleanliness and be more strict on smoking because the next-door neighbors literally smelled the whole level of weed.

We ended up checking out and going to another hotel. Dirty towels in the hallways. Dirty rooms, clogged sinks. I can honestly say I have never seen a properly in condition this poor.

After booking through Expedia, I arrived to find the front doors locked. When the desk clerk finally opened them he informed me that they had overbooked their rooms and, despite having a reservation, there were no rooms available.

Bad condition, but okay for a one-night stay
I chose the place because of its location near an event I went to and for that it was fine. But the room was in terrible condition and the kitchen sink dripped incessantly--I put a towel in the sink to mask the noise but even that wasn't totally effective. Glad it was only a one-night stay.

In general, all rooms at this property are in disrepair. I’ve stayed here several times o last two weeks in different rooms. Lavatory sinks doesn’t drain, bath exhaust fans r loud, out of coffee cups for complimentary breakfast, other rooms leaving trash bags in hallway, etc. Front desk staff are nice, but check-in process/software took forever
