This home has been completely rebuilt from the studs out! This 3 bed 2 bath home features an Amazing, Fully Stocked Kitchen, Living Room with Cathedral Ceilings and remote controlled Fire panel, a luxurious Master Suite with Tray Ceilings, and Spa Inspired Bath with a custom shower. This home has a brand new HVAC system and Tankless Hot Water Heater. . Outside you will find a 26,000 Privacy Fenced pool and deck. There is plenty of parking behind a secure lockable gate. All Bedrooms have Hybrid innerspring/ Memory Foam Mattresses and Luxury Linens.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay-we entertained family for Mothers Day/graduation celebration! The kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining! Well stocked, all pots/pans/dishes and kitchen equipment anyone would need to host. The pool was AMAZING, beds were super comfy, and showers were great! The host Barry was present for our check in and very responsive to any concerns throughout our week long stay

Barry was a wonderful host. The house was perfect for us, in a great location and the pool was just what we needed. Celebrating my daughter’s birthday with family and the best friends here was absolutely fantastic. We look forward to coming back to Barry’s house again soon! My family and I just returned from spending a week here and loved every second of it! We have other family in the area so we hosted a handful of mini reunions. It was the perfect setup for entertaining/relaxing. The home itself is beautifully decorated, the beds are extremely comfortable, the bathrooms are great (the master shower comes with ambient lighting options!). The pool/patio area is stunning. We couldn't get over the size of the pool! The surrounding area has plenty of comfortable seating and lounge chairs. The space is also fenced in and very private. It definitely feels like a lovely respite in Lake Charles. Barry takes exceptional care of his home, keeping it very clean and put together. He is the perfect host!! Always warm, kind and quick to reply. We couldn't have felt more at home in his beautiful home. We'll definitely be back!

Check in was 2 hours late!!! When the owner finally let us in, the home was disgusting. There was signs of bed begs, mold in the bathroom, light fixtures falling down
it was horrible. I called VRBO and they told us we had to work it out with the owner. So, we spent the first night of our vacation walking the home with Barry and pointing out all the problems. We then had to find a new place to stay with our 2 dogs! It was a nightmare. Now he is refusing to refund our money and not responding to us at all. Do NOT stay here!

Barry was great staying in touch making sure all was going well. We really enjoyed the pool although water was a bit cold due to cloudy days. The house is located only minutes away from pretty much everything. This was an absolute plus as it made it very convenient to go back to check on our pups. Our pups also enjoyed their walks in the very quiet neighborhood. Also, the super comfy beds were absolutely amazing.
