The property is surrounded with beauty, outdoors very enjoyable this time of year. We enjoyed eating in a very fashionable restaurant and in our room we enjoyed quiet time. One thing is that we like to have a spa tub in bedroom with a king bed, unfortunately bathtubs only come with 2 queen beds.

What we liked about the property was that it was next to the lake, was very peaceful & quiet. Our reason for visiting Lake Arrowhead was to relax and enjoy nature. Mission accomplished. The hotel and dining staff were excellent and professional.

This place had it all!!! Private beach on the lake, fire ring, heated pool, game room, movie theater, restaurant and the most courteous staff!! The walk to the Village is a quick 5 minutes where there are tons of food shopping options as well as a grocery store.

Staff were so nice and helpful. With your stay you have access to the steam room, gym and jacuzzi. We didn’t use the pool or outdoor jacuzzi, but looked beautiful. Restaurant at the hotel was great, had the beef short rib which was delicious.

Bed was like sleeping on a rock. Said on Expedia there was a 55” tv and there was just a small very dated TV not smart at all. Expected a much higher quality room considering the hotel rating on cost. Definitely needs updating of technology in rooms and they need to get rid of the motel quality beds

Beautiful property, nice spa, staff all very friendly. Some areas were a little old looking. In the room you could hear everything the neighbors said and very noisy when the people upstairs walked around.

The hotel really has this relaxing ambiance which is good for getting away. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We had a balcony room which was perfect for morning coffee and just enjoying the lake. The facilities wete super nice. We enjoyed the indoor jacuzzi and sauna at the spa even though we didnt avail of the massages. The little gameroom is fun too and the movie room is very cute. The jacuzzi outside doesnt seem to be very clean though. The pool is ok. However, there are a few issues that i wasnt happy with. The room isnt as clean as i would like it. Theres dust in certain areas wherein you know the room isnt cleaned as thoroughly as they should be. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. My back literally hurts when i wake up. And the walls are extremely thin! You can hear ALL the noises from adjacent rooms. You get woken up early in the morning if your neighbors are talking on their phone or opening and closing doors.

Property is right by the Lake arrowhead village. And has a walking path to the area. The facility itself is very nice, the room is clean , a little dated. There was snow this weekend, and they were able to let me check in early, so do appreciated it.

My family enjoyed staying at this resort, but we had doubts about the breakfast items at Bin 189. Some items tasted weird when served, such as the poached egg and the orange juice. There were not many customers at the restaurant, but the service was slow at 8:35 a.m. this morning (April 4, 2024).

I felt welcomed by every staff member I interacted with. All asking how they could improve my experience. the room was clean and comfortable and spacious.

First off, check your balance before you check out. They try and charge you for things you didn’t get, such as movies, which is false, because the Direc tv service was out so we couldn’t even watch tv. They also double charge your stay if you boom through Expedia and Ponzi scheme your money by holding it for 7-10 days. & when you call they try and pay you off with a rebate. I wonder how often they do this, it’s probably how they keep the place running. The walls are also paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING. Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this place.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the magical ambiance of Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa during a strong winter storm, and I couldn't be more delighted with my stay. This charming retreat truly transformed into a winter wonderland, providing an enchanting and cozy atmosphere that exceeded my expectations. The resort's picturesque setting against the backdrop of snow-covered trees and the glistening lake created a postcard-perfect scene. Despite the storm, the staff at Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for their guests. Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted by the warm glow of the fireplace, casting a comforting aura throughout the space. The staff's attention to detail was evident in the tasteful winter decorations that adorned the common areas, enhancing the festive spirit and creating a welcoming environment.
