« The room was spotless, smelled wonderful and was nice and cool on a hot day. We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room and I was able to move around the room easily. The bathroom was huge with an accessible shower. They offered what looked like a great breakfast but we needed to leave. We will absolutely stay again, highly recommend. »

Le dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait surprenant et mĂȘme si l endroit pour manger Ă©tait petit, la diversitĂ© du dĂ©jeuner m a surprise! Un des meilleurs dĂ©jeuner dans cete catĂ©gorie d hotel.
En résumé, j ai aimé mon expérience contrairement à ma premiÚre impression. »

« All of the amenities that we paid for were closed. The outdoor pool closed. The water park closed. The deck bar was only open one time evening we were there. The marina was not staffed and even if it had been, there was only one kayak. The plumbing is having major issues. We were without a toilet for a night and they didn't clean it for a day and a half so the toilet was disgusting in our room. The entire resort seems to be experiencing major understaffing issues and poor management. No manager...

As I was getting ready to check out, I noticed a bug on a pillow. I took a picture of it and video. I went to the front desk and the there was a lady sitting in the office and asked what I needed. I showed her the picture and video and she asked if it was from today - I said yes, and seemed kind of annoyed, I brought it to her attention. »
