Aloha! Notre DEUX chambres, une pièce de bain paradisiaque est située face à la mer à Lahaina et est équipée d'un nouveau système de ventilation en trois parties !!! - système silencieux!
- Les routes de Lahaina tiennent le charme de la vieille ville de Lahaina au bout de vos doigts. Cette location de vacances à Maui offre une escapade détente sans être dans l'épaisseur des zones de la ville occupés vers le bas. À seulement quelques minutes à pied de restaurants primés, le classique Lahaina Cannery Mall, et le favori local Puu Noa (Baby) Plage (5 minutes).
Ce condo est un endroit idéal pour explorer tout ce que la célèbre rue Front a à offrir. Profitez de regarder les tortues (honu) l'alimentation sur le récif avec des poissons tropicaux tout de la véranda. Voir la lumière du ciel au coucher du soleil tout en flânant avec votre boisson préférée de la piscine face à l'océan et de l'expérience dans le plus grand plaisir de notre Lahaina Roads retraite.

Votre paradis face à l'océan est situé au 3ème étage, unité de coin du complexe avec des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et une baignoire profonde / douche et des planchers de tuiles de marbre. En outre, il y a une télévision à écran plat dans le salon et une télévision à écran plat dans une chambre d'hôtes. Apportez votre ordinateur portable et surfer sur le web via signal WiFi, tout en regardant le coucher de soleil derrière l'île de Lanai.

Le bâtiment est construit de telle sorte que les unités de 2 chambres sont des unités de coin et s'étendent plus loin vers l'océan. De ce fait, nos clients sont fournis avec plus d'intimité. Les unités de coin ont également des fenêtres pour profiter de la brise de l'océan et des vues dans le salon et la cuisine.

La législature d'Hawaï a promulgué la loi d'État 295, en vigueur le 16 novembre 2006, qui interdit de fumer dans toutes les zones fermées ou partiellement fermées et à moins de 20 pieds des portes.
Cependant, il y a un petit mais bien entretenu fumeur de jardin situé au rez-de-chaussée à l'avant de l'Bldg.

Phenomenal Views, Great Unit

We’ve stayed at Lahaina Roads a few times over the years, the view can’t be beat - sunsets on the lanai always deliver! The unit itself is well kept, nice furnishings, stocked with anything you could possibly need. I’d say the 1st bedroom needs a King instead of a Queen but space is tricky in these units. No complaints, owners are very responsive and attentive. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful location and beautiful views

The condo was very well-appointed and clean. Parking was covered which was very nice. The pool looked new and there was always plenty of open chairs. We saw many turtles from the balcony during our stay which was a complete surprise. We would definitely stay here again.

Lahaina Roads

We really enjoyed the month we spent in unit #301. Being an end unit, it has south facing side windows making the space very bright. The west facing oceanfront lanai has incredible views. Everything we needed was supplied in the well equipped kitchen. Beach chairs & towels, boogie boards, coolers and beach toys were also supplied. A few things to know though is the parking spaces are incredibly tight. You may have trouble with a big SUV. Also the shower/tub, as shown in the listing, is quite high to get into. Would be tough for someone with mobility issues. Angie & Barry were very responsive to any questions we had and the check in/out process went smoothly. They even arranged a mid-visit cleaning/linen change which we really appreciate. The location is just north of Lahaina. 5 mins walk to nice restaurants like Honu, Mala, Star Noodle and the Old Lahaina Luau. A few minutes further to the grocery store and Cannery mall. We always walked when dinning in Lahaina which took about 20 mins. Great vacation in a great condo in beautiful Maui!

Amazing location with incredible ocean views!

We loved our stay in this vacation home in Maui! The unit is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator to bring up all your luggage—they even have a dolly to use! The views in this end-unit were breath-taking!! We loved sitting on the lanai to watch whales breach and turtles swim by! The unit was clean and well decorated with ample kitchen supplies! There is A/C in each bedroom and the family room as well as fans in each room. There was a closet full of beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel stuff, beach toys, etc! Of note, the bathroom has a very tall tub that can be slippery, so be sure you are steady on your feet! The only drawback was the parking garage, which has *very* narrow parking spaces—we struggled to park every day in a compact SUV, having to either have the driver crawl through the passenger door vs. all passengers exit before parking. Definitely recommend a small sedan if staying here! The unit is just 5 minutes from Baby Beach and downtown Lahaina, where all the shopping and delicious restaurants are! The hosts were great—very prompt with their replies to any questions we had. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again next time we visit Maui!

This was the perfect little place for us to call home while we explored. Thank you to our hosts that made us very welcome and had wonderful information about what we could do while we stayed. Came across the country for first Hawaii vacation and was so thrilled when walked into our condo. It was better than the listing. Better than Kaanapali Resorts!

We chose this condo over a Kaanapali resort because of its location on the north side of Lahaina where our son lives. We did spend a day at Kaanapali, and we realized what a gem we had at Barry and Angie's place. The location is more convenient to attractions, restaurants, and just about everything. The view from this third floor corner unit is worth a million dollars, and is much better than almost all of the more expensive Kaanapali resorts. This place also has a tabletop scope for viewing whales and turtles. We spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying the view from the lanai and the living room. The location in a residential area just a block or two from restaurants and grocery store was relaxing and uncrowded, especially as compared to Kaanapali. The condo is tastefully furnished, updated and comfortable. We found all the kitchen cookware, knives, etc. needed to prepare meals. Dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, and laundry soap were all supplied, as well as a starter supply of coffee. If this place is available for the dates you want, book it. You won't be sorry.

Unbelievable View!!!

the view. THE VIEW. the view. Just wow. The pictures genuinely don't capture the breathtaking view, it slaps you in the face when you first wake up. Absolutely stunning. Hosts were very communicative and overall we thought the location was fabulous (walkable to Safeway which was a game changer when traveling with a toddler) including close to great restaurants such as Mala, Star Noodle, and Fridas. Some things to note: 1. The door for the second bedroom is a pocket door with slats, so doesn't block a lot of light or sound. If you have a light sleeper in that room, important to note. 2. The bathroom also has slats so doesn't give a ton of privacy, but there's a loud fan that helps. 3. As everyone has stated, parking is VERY tight. Luckily we read reviews ahead of time so got a smaller rental car but we still had to get me and my toddler out of the car before parking. Small inconvenience, nothing big. 4. Rooms don't have a ton of extra space in them as they're pretty tight. Closets have household and beach items in them but there's a bit of space in each for your items. 5. The place was generally clean, but since it is a bit older unit by the water, I think it could do with a deep cleaning to get the floors and surfaces really clean. Particularly the bathroom (bathroom fan is pretty clogged). But those are just things to note it was a place with great hosts and an unbelievable view. I would sit on the balcony and watch turtles roll around in the mornings. Pool area was great, but does get hot as it's concrete. A/C works really well too.

Exactly what we came to Maui for.

The unit is lovely and comfortable, exactly as described and pictured. Everything you need for cooking and playing at the beach. The owner is very responsive, kind and helpful. There is a large sturdy nonslip platform for entering the raised tub, which is deep and has the reclining back perfect for people who like to relax and read in the tub. Right off the lanai is a reef that must be a limu buffet; we spent hours watching the turtles every day. Perfect for anyone who works too hard...get your cup of coffee or mai tai, sit in one of the comfy chairs, and let the sound of the waves, the scent of the plumeria tree, and the sloping outline of the island of Lana'i rising behind half a dozen sea turtles turn your brain's hyperactive treadmill into warm blissful goo. This condo is situated so that the other condos can't see into it; it's private and quiet. Residents were friendly and pool was nice. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to stay here again in the future.

My wife and I loved our stay here! We had the best views of the ocean from this corner unit. We woke up every morning to the waves and the sea turtles. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Maui.

Lahaina gem

Second time at Lahaina Roads, but first time in 301(2bedroom). Super quiet, but right on the waters edge. Turtles and other sea life 30 feet away. First class Hawaii sunsets, close to town for shops and restaurants. Everything in the room was as advertised, everything you need is in the unit. Responsive and considerate owners who obviously care about their guests. Can’t wait to return.

Beautiful oceanfront view

Can’t get much closer to the water than this condo, you see and hear the ocean from every room! Quiet building, elevator and AC a huge plus for us. Oceanfront pool area, private oceanfront lanai, comfortable beds, easy covered parking and washer/dryer in unit. For us just a bit far to want to walk to historic “downtown” Lahaina district (which is why this property has a quiet neighborhood feel) but quick and easy to drive and park there. Super close stroll to Safeway, Starbucks and Cannery Mall shops plus several nice water front restaurants.

Fabulous Sunsets

Our deck was 30 feet overlooking the ocean. Sunsets were fabulous! Short walk to restaurants, Safeway market, and shuttles to Kaanapali , Lahaina Harbor, shops, and Restaurants. Beds comfy, kitchen well equipped, air conditioning great, tastefully decorated, nice pool and quiet. Wild rent again.🥰💞

This was a great location! Beautiful lanai overlooking the ocean. Well equipped with everything!

We enjoyed the quiet location, but in walking distance to bustling downtown Lahaina! Great restaurants are even closer than downtown - but our favorite “dinner out was using the BBQ by the pool and watching the sunset! This accommodation was well equipped with everything we needed including boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs and ice chests! Would love to come back again!

Overall impressions

The property was clean and everything we needed was there. Its location is stunning. However, given the cost, there are issues. The bright work desperately needs painting, but the primary issue concerns the shower/bathtub. We are all in our late seventies and two in our group could not safely climb into it to shower. I think it should be rebuilt, but at the least permanent grab bars should be installed. Currently, there are two stick-on grabs, but they are downright dangerous because they become lose after only a few minutes - a lawsuit waiting to happen.

It was fine except the bathtub is a bit treacherous. The washing machine was really moldy and gross and we had dirty feet all the time because the floors were dirty.

Very nice location overlooking the ocean! Great views! 8 minute walk to some stores and restaurants and 20+ walk to downtown Lahaina central spots. Interior very nice, new appliances, all great experience

Excellent Stay

Listing is accurate. Wonderful views. Lots of USB ports and outlets in living room. Wi-Fi and TV work wonderfully. A/C is ice cold and the kitchen is super clean. The complex has a woman who takes care of the common areas. She is very helpful and keeps the complex clean and tidy. The pool and pool area are extremely clean and well kept. If you pay close attention to the details in the listing you will not be disappointed. We will definitely stay here again. We felt very safe at this location. We ubered into Lahaina for approx $8.00 each way. Parking in town is a hassle and costs $15.
