« Great place to stay. »

« The house is very clean and well furnished. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, and in great condition.. »

« The unit is nice, comfort and rooms were clean! We used the outside patio, enjoying our morning coffee and in the evening! The unit could use more hooks, as there is only two. Plus, a wall table or a piece of furniture to lay some of my items out! It was a pleasant three night stay. »

« Place was clean with comfortable beds. Host provided Keurig coffee pods as well as some shower necessities which is always nice. If you want an area you can walk around or walk to places this is not it, but if you just need a place to stay and drive to where you need to go this was great. »

« There was no air conditioning on even after turning it on very uncomfortable to sleep. Carpet floors were crunchy and may had recently been cleaned due to a wet smell in the house. Pictures were deceiving. »

« My family of 5 and 3 dogs stated at this home. There was plenty of space with the three bedrooms and 1 bath. My teenage youth really enjoyed the back yard and listening to music, sitting in the hot tub, and hammock. The home was very clean and well stocked with anything you might need. We enjoyed the stay and wished we would have stayed in this home longer. »

« Was not aware it was a shared unit. »

« The property is well layed out. We were a group of 7 (grandparents with adult children and adult grandchildren). The host was responsive to our concerns. The kitchen was very well stocked, on site laundry was great. »

« Very nice; very clean. Loved the labels on the cupboards. »

When we were at the house, we spent most of our time on the large front porch, which offers amazing views. The farm is conveniently located close to downtown Boulder and numerous parks and hiking trails. The beds were quite comfy. The kitchen provides the basic needs to prepare simple meals. The stairs to the lower level are rather steep and narrow. My group did not have a problem with it,...

« First of all our hostess, Cristina, was a sweetheart! The place was very easy to get to. and close to many shops. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back. »
