When we drove into the parking lot, the police arrived to question some loitering men smoking outside the main entrance and another man walking about the vicinity. This Doubletree is older and bathrooms show the age w/ caulk mold and water damaged wood near the tub. Still, the staff we came in contact with, particularly the young woman cleaning our floor as we departed, was helpful and friendly.

The property was very beautiful. The restaurant on site was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pillows were very soft and did not like them. Also when we went swimming we noticed there was a big group that was not staying at the hotel.

Great and friendly service and very clean. However, the hotel is very outdated and needs a complete facelift on the rooms.

The rooms are outdated and the lamps appear to be rigged with switches not original to the lamps. The lock fell off the door and we moved for safety reasons to a different room. The mattresses were WORN! I'm still recovering from such a horrible nights sleep. I expect comfortable conditions when we travel, especially from a Hilton brand. Unless the beds are updated, I would not recommend.

Staff was great, lobby and room were nice. Only thing that needed improvement was the bathroom neededca little maintenance. Paint pealing from ceiling in shower. Built in mirror has some rust. Other than that it was great

It was a very good overall experience. Attended a comedy show in the hotel bar. When the show was over around 10:15 the bar was already closed on a Saturday night though. The room was really clean with comfortable beds. The shower had low water pressure but that seems to be common in hotels in my experience.

Thank you for this feedback. Please accept my apologies that the bar had closed early on Saturday night. It appears we did not have much activity other than the comedy show. I will have our team check out that shower pressure, that is not the norm here.

We have been staying at this hotel for years. It is definitely time for a remodel!! In our room the coffee pot didn’t work and the wall outlets by the coffee pot and in the bathroom did not work. The coffee pot was replaced immediately but we had to plug it in on the bedside table. The breakfast buffet is mediocre at best and the eggs are always dried out and hard. There is another hotel in Town that has a restaurant and bar. We will be staying there next time.

I would not recommend staying here if you are has to a true 4 star hotel. This property is a 2 star. The customer service was great, but the property has not been maintained.

I’ve stayed here a number of times and this time it was just very very dirty. I don’t even believe my room had been cleaned and if it had you couldn’t tell. I moved rooms and had the same problem. The gym had no working water. They need to upgrade and update this hotel.
